They accepted my payment, and I parked my car. When time was up I left. Typical pay for parking experience.

Used this janky payment app to park in Seattle, and had my credit card info stolen. I suggest making PayPal and Apple Pay available as payment options to improve client security. Otherwise avoid these parking lots.

I used a lot for a work event that had signs posted for a rate of $10 for 2-4 hours parking. I used my phone to pay for 4 hours, and was charged $12.19 which I attributed to some form of taxes and such. In the middle of my work event, I got a text message saying that my parking was going to run out after 3 hours. I made 2 calls to the customer service number, and was disconnected after being on hold for 5-10 minutes on the first call. I called back, was told that there was nothing they could do, and put on hold again. After about 10-15 more minutes, I disconnected because, according to the text message and the "customer service" people I spoke with, my parking was going to run out and I was risking getting a ticket. I left a message with my name, phone number and the nature of my concern, and I did not receive a return call until 24 hours later. In the meantime, I was forced to leave my work event early to avoid being ticketed. The person who finally returned my call told me to call her back but did not leave a number. I have photos of the signage saying that 2 -4 hours only costs $10, and yet I was still charged more than that and shorted an hour of the parking I paid for. I will not use lots managed by this business again.
