This review is specifically for their “Sunny Side Up” roast. I was torn whether to leave a review for this coffee or file a complaint with the authorities. I’m a veteran. I’ve drank two week old coffee, that was reheated with an MRE heater, that was better than this coffee. I’m not even sure it’s actually coffee. It is UNDRINKABLE. I would rather drink moldy mushroom coffee that has been filtered through a rat.
They lie to your face. Do not trust anything these people say. And the coffee sucks too.
OVERCHARGE! Started a new company and was looking over contracts, I pulled contracts and seen the company was only suppose to be charged 40.00 for one office was getting charged 207.00 and the other office I was getting charged twice for the ROI. seen that the company was being overcharged for years, when I reached out for this to be corrected, and refund the over charge. I was informed that the books had been closed and they can’t do nothing about it. When I indicated 2023 hasn’t been closed refund the overcharge, I was told sorry we can’t. I was expecting the company the fix their error, instead I got the run around and “This is the best we can do for both locations . This came from my cooperate office we looked into it and this was the final decision”. PARKS COFFEE has no morals and would like to share my experience so no other small business gets screwed.

Good morning to everyone that work for the Parks Coffee Customer Center.I do hope that all of yous are doing ok smile.Also I do hope that all of yous will have a very wonderful day and yes always enjoy life ok smile.In ending I like to tell you that one of your very wonderful Staff members name.Mr Ronnie is always so very Professional Helpful and very Caring to me and others too ok smile.Last of all also he is a very Positive Role Model for all young and old workers in what I call the very very very busy Working World ok smile.Finally also Mr Ronnie is always such a very very Positive Representative for the Parks Coffee Company that he works for day in and day out ok take care smile.
