I ordered parts for my scooter on 12th of May. They haven't dispatched it yet. No one answers when you contact customer care. Their phone number is also unreachable. It's a fraudulent website, please do not order anything. I have been asking for the refund but no response from them.

This is a fake and fraud company cheating online customers. Never make any online payments to this company. They supplied a fake item packed in the Hero Genuine Parts box to show that they shipped the goods. Kindly block this website and never place any orders on these faulty platform.

fraud and Scam Website. Paid via UPI (COD not available) on May 12 for automotive goods. Website is fake, products not shipped nor delivered, merchant untraceable, No reply on mail and WhatsApp. Cyber complaint filed.

I ordered two parts from your website in February 2026: a Karizma ZMR tail light and a meter under case (Order No. 421611).

However, I received only the meter under case, and I still have not received the Karizma ZMR tail light. I requested a refund on Feb 12, 2026, and your website shows that the refund has already been initiated.

But till today, I have not received the refund amount of Rs. 1495.

Parts on Wheels appears to be a scam website. They do not provide any contact number or proper customer support, and many customers seem to be getting cheated by this website.

I have ordered an alloy wheel from them and paid it using credit card , its been 6 days. I have not yet received any tracking details and they are not responding on whatsapp. Is there anyway to contact them ? Or atleast get my money back from them ?

Ordered 6 parts, got only 4 in the box . They refused to answer my mails and whatsapp messages. Bloody cheaters. I'm going to report these guys to the cyber crime bureau

Their whatsapp is engineered to say wait for 24 hours and then if you type further it will say 2 hours. And the next day it says 24 hours again.

Their whatsapp is a loop. I waited for 52 days but no delivery and gave up my Rs.2950/-

This is fraud web site. They have only prepaid order system and they don't send the order. Just acting as will send it but never send.

Do not order on Parts On Wheels. It is a fraud website for fishing money. They accept order, after payment item not deliver.They will not respond when contacting them.

PART ON WHEELS IS NOW FAKE COMPANY. I HAVE ORDERED CYLINDER BLOCK THEY SENT ME CHIMTA. AGAIN THEY DENIED TO AGREE THAT. EVEN THEY DID NOT REFUND MY MONEY AFTER SHOWING AND PROOVING THEY SENT WRONG MATERIAL. NOW THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT. REQUST NOT TO PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM. TOTALLY FAKE COMPANY. THANKS.

Don't order this website

Initially they have dispatched the orders ontime. After some days, they are sending partial orders. My total 23 items pending for dispatch. Order value Rs 15000. Contact number also not working for Part on wheel.

There is no number to contact them on whats no they are not responding 7 days sai jyada ho gye product order kre hua pr abhi tk koi update nhi hai na koi track id yai bhi ni pta ki product dispatch hua hai ya nhi fraud hai website pls do not order they are that people who take our harden money to run there homes fraud people fraud website google must ban there website no person take responsibility no number to contact or no one replay on mail as well more than 24hr i do mail to them but no respond fraud ban part on wheel

I ordered three products from the website and only after several mails and messages they delivered only lower costing two products. The one product was never delivered.

This website PART ON WHEEL is a fake site,
ordered for 2 parts and received only one for which i paaid in full, i 've been trying to contact them through whatsapp, no response after multipke messages, Chat Support- +91-8062365021 (WhatsApp)*, not able to reach anyone there and the parcel was sent through Amazone shipping and no response from them either, these people are fraud and cheats. i will not recomend to anyone, guys be aware of this.

fraud website, don't trust

I placed an order on 9th of Feb, the order received confirmation on the very next day. Today is 11th of March, the product has not been shipped.

I reached out to customer service thrice, the very first time they did respond. That's the all I got. Next time I requested to cancel and initiate a refund but I have not heard anything from them ever since.
