MINI Partridge Chandlers Ford
I purchased a brand new MINI Cooper this May (2026) from MINI Partridge at Chandlers Ford, Hampshire.
The service I received from Shaun Greenley was exemplary. He was really helpful, answered all my queries straight away and helped me understand all the new gismos and gadgets in my new car. I would recommend this service every time!

Exceptional service by Mini
I’ve recently purchased my first Mini. The service I received was exceptional. As soon as I walked into the showroom, stated what I wanted - all the team involved made it so easy. Loved the proactive communication and the speed my new car was delivered.
Speed was a huge factor. Also loved how the team told me about additional options with no sales pushing and in the end the insurance was cheaper than any other company. Huge thank you to Jack Anderson-Sharpe who was my main contact.

Excellent dealer
We were looking at replacing our existing vehicle as we were not happy with it. We decided to look at a Mini. Partridge Mini was recommended by a close friend so we booked an appointment. From the moment we entered the showroom, we were struck by the friendliness of all the staff. We dealt with Jack Anderson-Sharpe who was amazing and after a conversation, he set about finding us the right vehicle. Jack was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and friendly. He went over and above for us, we felt, and were very, very happy with our new vehicle. We would not hesitate to recommend Jack or Partridge Mini and would definitely return. Excellent all round.

As pleasurable as the car buying experience can be.
This was an easy company to deal with, largely because of the openness, confidence and lack of blether of our contact, Jack Anderson‑Sharpe. Consequently, it was not too daunting buying without seeing the car, something I would normally be loth to do.

Professional and friendly
Great service all round from as soon as I walked through the door meeting the receptionist. I wasn’t 100% sure of what I wanted to drive but having had a chat with Ben we came to the conclusion that I needed something fun and sporty. I took a car for a test drive a couple of days later and was allowed to have it a couple of hours to really get a good feel of the car and to play with the screen. We just need to find the right one now.

Ben has been brilliant all the way through my dealings with him. I expressed interest in test driving a vehicle, before the agreed date/time Ben had sent me an informative video with a tour of the vehicle and useful information. He has been pleasant, professional and courteous and I am very happy with the service I have received.

I went to Partridge Mini in the hope I would be able to test drive an approved used car. The experience from start to finish was professional, kind and so helpful. Rowan at Partridge Mini, Excellent
I was looking to buy an approved Mini and was shown and dealt with by Rowan. He was excellent, the whole experience at my pace, no pressure applied and made to feel at ease through each stage of the process. He really made it an enjoyable experience test driving a couple of their cars to narrow down what worked best for me.

Fantastic experience
I had a fantastic experience with Rowan on Sunday. He really knows what he is talking about unlike many other dealerships and clearly has a love for all things mini! Shaun was so incredibly helpful
Shaun was so incredibly helpful. He talked us through the various models and finance options and arranged a test drive in 2 different models. We have definitely found the car we want when we come to the time to trade in our car. We have no hesitation in recommending Partridge Mini and Shaun.
