We’ve recently had a great experience at Partridge, upgrading our Mini countryman with help from Rowan.

We were approaching the end of our finance with our previous model, and Rowan reached out to us to discuss our options including telling us about a few new cars immediately available. He was friendly, informative and very importantly didn’t pressure us at all. We came in a couple of times to test drive, and Rowan was very patient with all our questions and also in helping entertain our almost 2 year old in the showroom!

Picking up the car we were made to feel very special, and Rowan had also arranged for a gorgeous soft toy dog for our daughter (she loves it!) We have now been enjoying our new vehicle for just over a week and we are loving it. Rowan has also been supportive of a few follow up questions we had.

The whole experience from initial phone call to taking our new vehicle home was quick, easy and seamless - thank you so much! Would highly recommend.

I would also add that this is our 3rd Mini and we have been using Partridge for all our servicing for almost 10 years - always fantastic.

Excellent choice of cars and top notch experience buying. Test driving was relaxed and important. The optional extras available were clearly explained but not overly sold so we felt comfortable throughout the decision making process. Ricky Lopes was a great facilitator. Overall a fun experience and the car is fabulous!
