Genuine products at great pricing.

We purchased a genuine Samsung dryer heater part. Pricing was excellent for an OEM part. The part was delivered in 2 days (GTA, Ontario). The only improvement would be in shipping/tracking info. The morning I actually received the part, I had called in to see if it had been shipped (as they say same day order processing). The agent said yes and gave me a tracking number which showed "on delivery" and I received the part that afternoon. Funny enough, I got the automated tracking number 9 hours after I had installed the part (3 days after placing the order). Overall, quality/pricing/service/shipping are excellent, automated updates/tracking could be improved.

Matched the part to my AC and shipped it fast! I just had the model number from the app and everything fit. Very pleased

TV remote was discontinued an…

TV remote was discontinued and unavailable from any other location, including manufacturer. PartsMelange had it in stock and it was delivered 2 days after placing order and it works *perfectly" - unlike many of "knock off" equivalents on Amazon which I had to return.

Sent me the wrong / cheaper part and then refused to compensate for the difference between the two parts

We’re very sorry that you received the wrong part and understand your frustration. To resolve the issue, our team has issued a free return shipping label so the item could be sent back for a full refund. At this time, the part has not yet been returned, and we also have not received responses to our follow-up messages.

Unfortunately, the correct item is currently out of stock with no ETA available, so we’re unable to send a replacement. We are also unable to provide a partial refund . Once the returned item is received, we will be happy to complete your full refund as quickly as possible.
