The box arrived mangled and the motor inside had mud all over it for some reason. It is still working, but it looks like the box was thrown into a drying machine.

Purolator waste of time
Purolator. Did not even attempt to deliver package. Waited at home all day, now I have to go pick it up because driver left at pick up point. Did not ring door bell, did not leave delivery notice.

The parts were easy to order and arrived in a timely manner. The cost of shipping is significant which was a deterrent. If I could find the parts locally, I would, which is only do to the shipping cost. It doubled the cost of the product.

External part cross-referencing was required
I had to cross-reference the original OEM part number to new OEM part number using AI before I was able to locate it. As well, I was charged twice for the item which impacted the credit available on my card even though the second charge was automatically refunded. Apart from that, everything else was good. Delivery was as promised and was easy to track.

It was quite frustrating ordering on line, I had to call the office several times to get clarification or assistance ordering. Otherwise it was good. Oh and I never received a tracking number the day the items arrived.
