Super!
Shipped super quickly, even though it was between the Christmas and New Years period.
The order came with a handwritten note and doodle and some sheets of paper/stickers which was SO sweet! I'll definitely order here again in the future.

Love the cute bento box!!
Love the cute bento box for my daughter! :) Shipping was delayed a bit and it didn't arrive until the day after Christmas, although, through no fault of PastelPalace. Overall, I give 5 stars for the product for being just as described. Thanks PastelPalace!

Fast and friendly
This was my first Experience buying not from my country. The delivery was fast, my purchase came all safe and they wrote a little thank you card with some stationary freebes. I will probably Order again when i have the opportunity ^^

Nicest. Place. Ever.
Got my lobes pierced and it was such a lovely experience. Tilly is the lovliest person I've ever met, she made sure I was safe and comfortable and the thought that is put into the customers comfort is beyond belief! I was so nervous but she was always encouraging and it never felt awkward

Ik had een egel knuffel gekocht, maar toen deze werd bezorgd kwam ik erachter dat ik de verkeerde had ontvangen. Na een mailtje werd ik gelijk goed geholpen en werd de juiste snel verstuurd. Echt super service, zal hier zeker blijven bestellen! :)
