Sent a few e-mails asking questions about sending a package to The Faroe Islands, and they were so nice and quick to answer! Very clear communication, and everything was super easy. My friend who recived the package was so happy, everything was good quality and there were even a couple of extra gifts, and a personalised message. Such a good expirience, would definitely buy from them again!!!

Super leuke producten, snelle verzending, zorgvuldig ingepakt en leuke toegevoegde cadeautjes! Tevens zijn de eigenaren super vriendelijk, ik heb ze vaker op conventies gezien.

Ik had ze gemaild over een specifieke knuffel van fluffnest, een Amerikaans bedrijf waar ze knuffels van importeren, om te vragen of ze die in de toekomst zouden verkopen. Ze reageerde niet alleen om dat te bevestigen maar hebben me zelfs nog specifiek gemaild toen ze hem aanboden. De levering was snel en netjes met een schattig kaartje. Nu heb ik twee nieuwe favoriete knuffels. Ik ben een happy camper
