We ordered the /dev/mount to use for a network rollout. Patchbox delivered them quickly and kept us up to date through the processing and delivery process, and the mounts are absolutely brilliant! I'll never be able to go back to cage nuts again.

I can't believe it took this long for someone to think of a device like setup.exe.

The nuts that screw on nearly touch one another when you are putting devices with no RU space between each device. It’s hard to get them right without a wrench and you can’t use a socket.

The parts came quickly an they worked as advertised. The only issue being they were extremely expensive

Wen I contacted Patchbox about my order delivery they told me there was a delay due to one of the colors I choose. I let them know the time I wanted to work on installing them. They gave me an option that they could break up the order or change the color that was back ordered. I changed color and they met my time frame. Thanks to them my network rack looks good.

I've recently taken a field service job performing switch and server installs. This tool has been an excellent addition to my toolkit.

The only suggestion I would have is to add some sort of neon markings/coloring. The black makes it easy to forget in a rack cabinet if you're not paying attention.

The "setup.exe" was shipped quickly which I really appreciated since I'm a network engineer and need my tools so I wanted it fairly fast and they made it happen.

Just as advertised! /dev/mount was incredibly easy to install and uninstall when needed to move around. I had tried rack studs before these and there was just too much sag. With /dev/mount the sag is nearly gone (there will always be a little with network gear).

Items were shipped promptly and met my expectations. The packaging was very nice.

While I do love your products that I've purchased, the sales page from a Facebook ad does not redirect to the USA vendors but instead processes the order and no option to cancel the order from shop.com. Instead the order sat in limbo for two weeks without any notification. Then two weeks after I placed the order I got an email saying Synergy Micro Solutions is where I should have placed the order and they would be fulfilling the order.

I have got and tried the setup.exe and /dev/mount and they are really great help. These things should be standard for the field. So inovative. I wish I had found that long time ago.

I just love dealing with modern companies who get it: You need to have a good product and be good for your word, and these folks nail both.

Happy to espouse the benefits of the Dev/Mount rack fixings, but honestly, that’s a given and you knew they were genius, and 1000 times better than cage nuts.

What really makes the difference is talking to a business who talks to me like I’m a human.

That’s what puts Patchbox head and shoulders above the hoi polloi.
