Very useful tool for people working in the real world and not only virtual.

The dev/mount is a superior solution to…
The dev/mount is a superior solution to cage nuts. Especially safety related. I've been cut, scratched and bleed for the last time by cage nuts. They are also easier/quicker to install than Rack Studs. I hope another version to support 2U equipment is in the works.

Excellent customer service
Great company, brilliant customer service and really interesting and unique products. I have the 'Setup.exe' tool and now a set of the '/dev/mount'. Looking into rolling out the tool for our engineers when we get a project that requires it!

The ordering process was easy with the online system. I ordered several different cable colors to have a visual separation. So far the product fits well and the bandwidth is excellent. I paid for an expensive hardware cable…
I paid for an expensive hardware cable system and didn't receive 2 of my cable box cartridges. We emailed and spoke with our sales rep and she explained an investigation must be conducted to find out why the delivery service used lost my hardware. That's fantastic but that means I now have to delay my project until the investigation is complete. I realize this is not Patchbox's fault but the bottom line is, I paid for an expensive product and it's not complete. I delivered my full payment with no problem so I expect the same or better from the company I purchase from. Consider changing your policy to make the customer's purchase the primary focus of a faulty delivery.

Als Verbesserungspotential könnten noch Switchverbindungen (z.B. über und SFP+) und gerade Patchcatches hinzu kommen, da nicht in jedem Serverschrank der Platz für gebogene Patchcatches ist. (Z.B. beim HPE G2 Advanced)

It just works. Exactly as advertised, easy, straightforward. Due to virus, I was handed an install task without help, several pieces of hardware. The task went smoothly only because of this tool.
