Worse experience of my life. They lie and WONT fulfill their agreement. Everything they say is a lie this is a total scam. They didn't even come close to offering me what I purchased. When I brought it up, they said it happens. What, these guys need to be locked up in jail for FRAUD.

From the time your account was created in late January 2025, our team responded to your initial plan inquiries the same day and remained in regular communication through February regarding your setup and expectations. When you reached out again in August about follower fluctuations, we addressed the concern immediately, explained how retention and engagement cycles can vary over time, and outlined the service process in detail. We also offered account credits as well as a complimentary one month extension in an effort to resolve the situation, but those options were declined.

We understand that follower drops can be disappointing. However, social media platforms routinely remove inactive or non engaging accounts, which is outside of our control and something covered in our terms. Our team continued responding promptly to each follow up, including in December, until communication shifted to repeated insults, at which point we paused direct replies.

We stand by the service provided and the documented communication history. If you would like to move forward in a constructive way, we remain open to reviewing your account again and discussing next steps professionally.

Horrible experience

Horrible experience. They have a guarantee that they will cancel your account - they refuse to do it and hold your information captive after freezing your ability to access it. They somehow managed to access my bank information when they weren't authorized to do so.

They completely destroyed my channel where I can't get engagement, followers, and as soon as I tried to stop using their service, my social accounts lost over 1000 people per month.

Stay away from them.

Despite the response below, this isn't true. I had to contact the support team 4 times and each time they moved my cancellation to the next month and refused to comply.

Repeating for clarity - I had to cancel 4 times before receiving the proper support and was overcharged twice.

Your terms say cancel at any time. Your customer support moves every cancellation to the next month and charges. This is an obvious and harmful internal policy to take from people that are using your platform in good faith.

Scam alert! Didi not get what was paid for

I paid for two months and did not get the results promised. The package did 1k to 2k followers a month, and I barely got 800 across those two months. When I got in touch with them, they gave me a laundry list of things that could POSSIBLY the reason why I didn't get my money's worth - including the number of times I post a month. This is not listed anywhere on their site. Instead of refunding me my money or giving me credit for upcoming months, they tell me they got in touch with their engineers to update something on my account. Why didnt they do it since? Then they tried to sell me a different lan --- which was ridiculous, considering the fact that I am complaining about not having received my money's worth.

Keep away from the company

I purchased a subscription from PathSocial.com. The service did not deliver the results as described/expected. I contacted the company multiple times to request a refund.

First, they asked me to be patient and that they upgrade the service.

After a while, they agreed to a 50% refund (I asked for a full refund)

Later on they first had technical problems with the refund to tell me later on, that the refund period has expired and the refund could not be processed any more.

After that, I received nearly identical, template-style responses referring to their 7-day refund policy.

With regards to the response from pathsocial.com: What is the point giving me credits on an account that never worked the way it has been promised at the beginning?
