The experience with this “service” the same like previous…. They are scammers and trying to charge me without any subscription. I wrote them many times to stop it, but nothing happens. Need to block my card now and make another…. Wishing you all the bad, guys

Creative clips and project updates now get more meaningful interaction, instead of being buried right after posting . The audience feels more aligned, and engagement looks more authentic than typical ads. Would love to see more post- specific insights to track growth better.

Recipe videos were hit or miss before, but they've become more reliable in terms of views and saves. Engagement has been consistent, though not dramatic, which feels more authentic than services promising instant results. Faster customer support would be appreciated.

Used to be hard getting music clip and songwriting reels seen by anyone outside my usual followers. With this, reach slowly expanded , and now mor epeople in the music space interact with posts. A bit more genre focused audience targeting would make it even stronger

they charged my card without my approvation. I never finished to subscribed, never activated the account, hence they kept my card details and charged me 3 months after I looked at their page on ig, where I entered my details but then never confirmed anything. I dont know how they got access to my card number since I deleted all of it, never finished to subscribe. definetly they are illegal and scammers. beware!

J’ai souscrit un abonnement que j’ai annulé avant son renouvellement. Malgré cela, ils m’ont quand même prélevé. Leur “politique de remboursement 7 jours” est totalement illégale en France et en Europe, où la loi prévoit un droit de rétractation de 14 jours (Code de la Consommation, Directive 2011/83/UE).

J’ai demandé le remboursement, mais ils refusent et se cachent derrière des conditions contraires à la loi. Résultat : je lance un litige PayPal et un signalement à la DGCCRF pour pratiques commerciales trompeuses.

➡️ Si vous cherchez un service sérieux, fuyez PathSocial. Ce sont des méthodes abusives qui relèvent de l’arnaque.

Had a ton of followers first month then they all dropped. Like 40 a day. The followers are following 6000 6 following them. It's fake

Mon expérience avec PathSocial a été non seulement décevante, mais profondément frustrante. L’abonnement, déjà onéreux, promet une croissance réelle et qualitative, mais la réalité est tout autre : on se retrouve avec une avalanche de faux comptes, sans aucune interaction ni intérêt pour le contenu. En examinant leurs profils, il est évident qu’il ne s’agit que de comptes fantômes créés pour gonfler artificiellement les chiffres. Ce type de pratique n’apporte aucune valeur à une communauté et peut même nuire à la crédibilité d’un compte. Payer pour de la poudre aux yeux, c’est non seulement trompeur, mais à la limite de l’escroquerie.

I went from having 52K followers and when started using path social it was actually making me decline in followers and now am at 46K after using it.

Ils continuent à prélever de l’argent même après l’annulation de l’abonnement.

Je laisse rarement un avis mais pour moi c'est une arnaque. J'ai souscrit un test en mai pour une semaine et j'ai été directement prélevé pour un paiement annuel.
Je contacte le service client mais sans réponse cohérent, je me résigne et je me dis que je vais tester l'outil.
Les followers ne sont pas du tout de qualité, il s'agit de faux comptes qui n'apportent aucune valeur.

Début juin, je suis à nouveau prélevé pour le montant annuel de la souscription. Je recontacte le service client et je n'obtiens aucune réponse cohérente de leur part. Ils m'indiquent qu'ils sont navrés et prennent connaissance de ma demande.

Aujourd'hui, 19 juin, une activité suspecte à lieu sur mon compte. Il s'agit d'une tentative de prélèvement.
J'ai contacté ma banque, seule solution : bloquer ma carte.

Vraiment déçue et énervée.

Trash company that LIES about everything. Promised followers, got barely a pittance of what they promised, then when I didn’t reup, they started actively removing them from my profile.

Scammers of the highest order, NOT TO BE TRUSTED.

They keep saying a refund has been processed but won’t send me the proof!!!

I signed up for a one year plan with PathSocial and paid upfront in full. The first month of service was relatively promising. But shortly after, results began to decline significantly.

Despite multiple communications where they claimed to have launched a “special promotion” on my account to boost performance, nothing improved in fact, things only got worse.

When I raised my concerns, I was told my account was no refund could be issued because of their 7-day refund policy.

That policy might be legal, but it’s completely unethical in the context of a 12-month contract. It leaves no room for recourse once things go downhill and in my case, they absolutely did.

The overall experience felt misleading and disappointing. I do not recommend PartSocial for anyone expecting a trustworthy or results-driven service.

Paid for 12 months and they stopped my subscription after 3 months in error and then requested I pay to have it reactivated or pay for it to be active to have any refund . Customer support is poor and clearly scamming people out of money - would avoid at all costs. Do not provide any payments details as they are scammers.

There are two profiles for this company. Stop while you can and don't get involved with them. If you did go to your bank and dispute the charge becasue this is 100% a scammer company and they only provide the lowest level of support and engagement.

These are scammers. They renewed my subscription without me knowing. One week after the payment has been AUTOMATICALLY processed, I notice that they charged me 326$. I wrote to their “customer support” and asked for a refund, as 1) I never agreed to this payment 2) didn’t wish to use their services 3) wasn’t advised about it in any ways before the transaction.
Their reply? They “can’t” refund me because of their Policy.
They propose a 50% refund after 7 DAYS !!
I offered them to charge me for 7 days of their “services” but the rest to be returned. This is leading nowhere.

DON’T EVER PROVIDE THESE PEOPLE WITH YOUR DATA! The service is BAD (very very bad), this is purely a scam.

You can’t even reach them on the phone.
You will just loose money.

J’ai souscrit avant de regarder les avis… Je me suis ensuite empressée d’annuler mon abonnement dans la foulée pour demander un remboursement. Je m’attendais à une bataille sans fin pour récupérer mon argent, mais à ma grande surprise j’ai vu le remboursement apparaître sur mon compte très exactement 14 minutes après avoir annulé mon abonnement. Je suis donc satisfaite du service client et de la politique de remboursement.
