Clarissa was fantastic and so professional on the phone. She called back this afternoon to assure me that my refund was being processed. She also stayed on the phone while I cancelled the membership to make sure it was successful. She is definitely an great asset to your organization.

This company sent me threatening emails when THEY wouldn't accept the credit card they had been using for months. When I called I gave them another credit card number to THEN be told they don't take credit cards and I needed to pay with a debit card. I gave them that and paid the full balance and THEN they kept charging a $5 fee for a membership with a company that was no longer doing business with them. They charged this fee to the ORIGINAL CREDIT CARD.
