Bought a 10 x 10 ft Turquoise Premium Umbrella. As the delivery was not progressing I contacted customer service who were very responsive and proposed a Turquoise Pro Umbrella if I wanted it faster. Was delivered on time. Beautiful umbrella, looks sturdy and very easy to assemble.
Order #CAP121967 placed July 28, 2026. My credit card was charged, but as of August 12 I have received no shipping confirmation or estimated delivery date. I emailed support on August 10 and have not received a response. Please provide a firm shipping date and tracking information.
We are extremely happy with our 10' × 13' cantilever umbrella! It has been a fantastic addition to our backyard and has made spending time outside so much more enjoyable.
The customer service was excellent from start to finish. Communication was prompt, professional, and the team kept us informed every step of the way. Although there were some delivery delays, they were beyond the company's control, and they did an excellent job communicating with us throughout the process.
We are so pleased with both the product and the customer service that we've already recommended this company to our family and friends. Highly recommended!

I recently ordered a patio umbrella through the Patioslife Canada site and it was a very positive experience. When I first ordered, I was apprehensive to order due to the reviews on Trustpilot. I decided to give it a shot and I am so glad I did. The quality of the cantilever umbrella with base is really good. The set up was super easy and took my husband and I no time to set it up. I had a minor hiccup waiting for my shipping confirmation email but that was quickly rectified by Lucky at customer support and I received an even better umbrella than what I originally ordered. My original umbrella would have taken longer to arrive so after emailing with Lucky, I received my upgraded umbrella in a couple of days. I am so glad i decided to reach out to customer support as the experience I received was fantastic. Lucky was professional and so kind.

The umbrella we initially ordered was going to take a long time for delivery. The company reached out and offered a different shaped umbrella. That was delivered within a week, with very good correspondence. In the end we were more pleased with the second choice, so much so that we've now ordered a 2nd one, exactly the same. The set up was straight forward, product in perfect shape.

We are enjoying our new umbrella navy 10x13 cantilever aegis with LED lights and wheel base. We filled it with water and it holds well in the wind. It provides wonderful shade on our dock to enjoy the hot summer weather !

Ordered a gazebo! Their website says item will be shipped within 1-3 days and fast shipping as shipments are from warehouses in Canada. They charged my credit card right away for over $1500 but no word of anything being shipped and now no one is getting back to me! Not even a phone number to contact them. No one is
Answering on the messenging system or emails. Worst customer service ever! Will be chatting with my credit card to see what can be done as I have no idea whats happening!!!

Very good quality of large umbrellas. I’m very satisfied with the 10X13. Easy to install compared to my former model. Team support was also fast responding to my queries. I would definitely recommend thin company to anyone.
The product is great and provides us the shade and flexibility we were looking for. The ability to turn our umbrella 360 degrees helps tremendously as the earth rotates and changes the postion of the sun.
The only inconveniance is they shipped our 3 part order separately and they can improve this by shipping the items as a bundle.
Researching online we found this to be hopefully a great product. We needed shade for a our full sun pool deck area. Once we ordered (10x10 Ageus Premium) - we were contacted and suggested another color for faster delivery. We were flexible and it turned out great (love the "charcoal color). We had our new parasol within 4 days. Excellent service .. they delivered the boxes right to our back yard. Installation went well - all great quality. We appreciate the versatility of all the angles as the sun changes thruout the day. It is easy one person can do it (once you get the hang of it) - even installing the protective cover is easy. The lights work great - they are an interesting plus. We highly recommend the heavier base because with wind and the height of the parasol it will move in the wind otherwise. A strong suggestion is to get the base in the right place before filling it up (we used water) - because once it is filled (even half the way) you can't really move it around (even if it is on wheels). 5 stars for customer service and delivery, product quality, installation ease and just good old satisfaction all around
I ordered 10’ x 10’ Aegis Premium on Wednesday morning. Received the Umbrella on Friday lunchtime.
It was assembled, giving us shade in our back yard mid afternoon. Thanks to easy to read and follow assembly instructions. That to my mind is excellent service and delivery. The service and advice I was given by the support person was second to none. Full marks.
The umbrella itself is excellent quality. The winding mechanism and crank compared to well advertised competition, is smooth and easy to operate in its lower position on the Premium rather than up high. I have had problems with premature wear on crank mechanisms on the end of the pivot arm.
It is worth noting that my umbrella is covered by a 5 year warranty, 10 years on the fabric. These directly influenced my decision to purchase.

My new 10’ x 13’ cantilever umbrella is up and I love it! It makes my deck livable in the hot weather and creates a nice atmosphere.
The only complaint I have is that they promised 3 day delivery time. I don’t really care so much about the delivery time but that their tracking system didn’t work and it took 3 tries to reach them (2 weeks). So over the month that it did take to arrive I thought it was lost or stolen. I’d say be honest and respond to your customers inquiries.

Ordered mid-may. They immediately charged my credit card so I assumed it shipped. Website says 1-2 days to process and 3-5 to ship. Asked status end of May. They said what I ordered was in shipping. ETA 2 months. They said they could change the order to one they have in stock (zero 11' and 12' umbrellas in stock). I wanted to cancel. They said before cancelling offer this or that alternative solution. Tons of back and forth: 3% discount, free straps, 5% discount. I'm done. I said cancel repeatedly. I'm starting a Credit Card chargeback and Better Business Bureau report.
