Catastrophique, il n’y a pas d’autres mots…
J’ai fait une commande le 26 juin qui comprenait 3 articles. J’ai reçu dans un délais raisonnable 2 des articles mais pas le 3eme. Je n’ai reçu aucun message pour m’avertir d’un retard, aucune date de livraison prévisionnelle, RIEN !
Un mois plus tard j’ai réussi à contacter le service client via un tchat qui était disponible sur leur site (désactivé depuis…) et on m’a indiqué que la commande allait arriver la semaine suivante. Résultat des courses 2 mois plus tard, rien reçu. J’ai fait 2 mails au service client pour annuler la partie de la commande manquante et avoir un remboursement et aucune réponse ! Heureusement qu’ils sont sensés répondre dans les 24 ou 48h…
En tout cas, un seul conseil, fuyez !!! Mieux vaut acheter sur sephora, voir pas du tout. Car en plus j’ai été déçue par la qualité de la palette.
Bref, si on pouvait mettre 0 étoiles, je le ferai !!!

I placed two orders in December 2021 and January 2022 that were never shipped. By the end of February, the status of the tracking infos indicated that the first parcel had been « delivered successfully » in January 27th, which did not happen. And for the other parcel, it said it was undeliverable and would be returned to sender.

When I reached out to customer service, they did not even bother checking these info and told me the parcels were on their way. I had to insist that there was a problem and they finally offered a refund. But the refund never came. And they haven’t answered any of my messages since then. It has been now more than half a year…
At this point there is no other way to describe this situation as a company that steals from their customers and that utterly disrespects them further by ignoring their messages. This is unacceptable.

I could read in forums and social media that this situation is far from isolated. People are having very poor experiences with purchasing on Pat McGrath’s website. Sometimes they do not even bother reimbursing clients for the orders never delivered. Keep it in mind before you decide to purchase from them.

I had a subscription for the blur setting eye powder. Decided to cancel. The site, no matter how hard I tried, wouldn't let me. I contacted them six times, and never got a response, finally on the 7th email, they wrote back telling me I had no active subscription. I sent them a screen shot of my subscription page, and they said they don't show one active, still I knew that this company was horrible, I called my card and told them to decline any Pat McGrath purchases. Well, like clock work, they have tried to hit my account three times in the past week for the very subscription they said I didn't have. This company is SHADY. Truly unbelievable.

Donc, comme les autres, j'ai commandé il y a plus d'un mois, elle a soit disant était expédiée la semaine suivante, et depuis pas de nouvelles. Évidemment, j'ai contacté le service client, et pas de réponse non plus...
240 euros qui se balade dieu sait ?

Long-time customer here with multiple ordes and I have never had any issues. The customer service is the best of bests, they answer in seconds and solve your problem instantly.

THE BEST QUALITY, took a little while to come when I ordered a limited edition item which is fair enough. But THE best makeup. Ordered loads and never had an issue.

J’ai commandé sur le site officiel un rouge à lèvre de leur marque en collaboration avec la série bridgerton le délais étais de 6-10 jour et je n’ai toujours rien reçu sa fait 10 Aujourd’hui

I ordered on 3/15 along with my mom and sister. I emailed them after two weeks because I still hadn’t heard anything about my order. They told me it would be shipping soon. Over the next two weeks I had to email them 3 more times asking when my order would ship. Finally after 4 weeks they told me my order was “cancelled due to a glitch” even though my mom and sister got theirs. No integrity with this company. They pick and choose who actually gets their orders. I don’t think they ever would have contacted me if I didn’t reach out multiple times. They would of just kept my money and sent no product.

Basically same situation of most reviews: ordered, paid, no follow up. Says 5 days to process and send. 10 days have passed and emails sent to CS and nothing, not a single word. Regret I have to not have checked the reviews here before placing the orders. Filthy expensive order btw. Now just waiting, hoping will receive the right products someday. If not, start a claim with paypal, etc. I shop everything online and this is the first time I go through this. Do not order from their website. Order somewhere else like sephora. Or choose another brand, which i would do if i knew it. Seriously not worth it.

No answer. Do not send my order. I pay for a month ago.

Both came broken
Have been emailing customer service and supposedly they respond in 24 hrs
This is the third day and I have had no response still
There is zero customer service here
They do not want to support you and u can tell as they don’t even respond here on trustpilot to reviews
I have reached out to the founder herself, Pat McGrath via her insta and sent her a message. Nothing as yet.
It’s a shame people are being treated like this as I have stayed faithful to the brand the last 2 years and never have had a problem
Shipping is quick even tho it comes from America it gets here in a week so that’s fab
Final word I will not be purchasing from this brand again, ever!

I have been promised to receive 2 freebies (via email from same customer service) aside my order and I am waiting for them ever since. I have received the order a month ago and when I asked the customer service about the freebies I have not received any reply despite multiple emails every couple of days. This is appalling given how expensive and luxurious PMG products are. PMG if you want to survive you need to invest in an excellent customer service and fast shipping (3-4 weeks waiting time in 21st century really???) and don't promise on something you don't want to deliver!! I am so disappointed by this complete ignorance and unprofessional treatment that I do not think I will order from this website ever again. Douglas also has PMG products and more promotions and fast shipping.

The customer services is an absolute disgrace for such a high end product. Ordered product 2 weeks ago in the sale ! Now have been told my items are sold out after I chased my order!!🤬 funny that! It’s now in stock today at full price! It seems the USA market has priority. Reading online loads of other customers are of the same opinion.I messaged customer services and asked if they would honour the price from my original order that they cancelled,have heard nothing.

Bonjour. J'ai commandé la palette Eye ecstasy il y a un peu plus d'un mois sur le site officiel parce qu'il y avait une réduction qu'il n'y avait pas sur Sephora. Je viens de la recevoir aujourd'hui. Les délais de livraison sont très longs, donc je déconseille vivement si vous vous faites livrer en France de commander des produits très chers ou en grande quantité sur le site Pat McGrath et de commander sur Sephora. Sinon la palette est de très bonne qualité

los productos son muy buenos pero la logistica a España es malisima, continuas perdidas ,retrasos y nula comunicación

If I could give zero stars I would. 32 days waiting and no real assistance and or solutions provided by customer service. Worst online shopping have experienced.

Bonjour, alors pour des produits de luxe de chez luxe je suis vraiment très déçue, pour du haut de gamme comme le transporteur est vraiment nul. J’ai passer commande le 28/12/21 et à ce jour toujours rien. En plus j’ai reçu un mail me demandant un avis sur les produits, et j’ai répondu à leur mail disant que je n’avais toujours pas ma commande. Ils m’ont répondus gentiment en me redonnant le lien du suivi qui est depuis le 17/01 au pays bas. Donc franchement il serait bien qu’ils changent de transporteur en plus à priori ils n’ont aucun suivi dans leur propre service . Honteux

I gave it no stars previously as my emails got ignored for weeks.

Eventually I managed to get Candiss who managed to resolve this in no time.

Really appreciate your help, hopefully your managers can give you some credit as you are a great asset to the company.

It's a shame I can't give ZERO stars because even by giving one I'm being generous.
Customer service is completely non existent.
If you place an order online you just need to hope to never have any issues otherwise you're on your own.
I'm just so shocked and disappointed that a company so well renowned would completely ignore paying customers if they need support.
I've had to wait for nearly TWO months to receive my order, only to open the box and find only one of the two items I had ordered.
That would be disappointing and annoying but ok if I had received a refund for the product that was missing, but I DIDN'T! They charged me for the entire order but only shipped one item.
This is dishonest and unprofessional to say the least.
Shame on them.

Update: Just as I was about to apply for refund on PayPal, the parcel actually turned out! No items were missing so I’ve upgraded my review. Having said that, I’m not likely to order from them again as the discount not worth for all those waiting and worrying!

…. Placed an order on 16/11, still waiting. The tracking number they provided was somewhat dodgy. It seemed to me that Every time I emailed customer service querying about the status of my shipment, the tracking gets moved a bit, then no activities until I sent another email enquiry. It’s just so bazar, nothing like other international shipping I had experienced before. I’m kinda regret ordering from them, next time I’d rather order from Sephora, although will cost me more, but at least I know I’ll definitely get it.
