Been into the Nottingham store on Saturday 19th June with my husband To look at some trainers, the trainers in question weren’t in store but your fabulous store assistant Rachel was unbelievably friendly and helpful, she guided us to a pair that would be a similar fit, tried the trainer on (which fit) so Rachel suggested she could order these online with her, she acted like nothing was too much trouble! Well done Rachel and Paul Smith for employing a star - 10 out of 10

Brilliant product range, and very helpful customer service staff when the Royal mail returns link was not working.

Received a 3 pack of socks as Xmas present.
Poor quality procuct, should not have got through quality control. Raised concerns with Customer Service and just got patronising response with no attempt to accept any liability!
Terrible all round and would have given 0 stars if allowed to!

I'm so impressed with Paul Smith's customer service! My experience has been absolutely superb.

I want to single out Asha Mansaram in the customer services team and Alberto Sonnino who is a Supervisor at the King's Cross store. Both of them went the extra mile for me.

I was after a specific Xmas present and sadly there wasn't any left in stock on the website. I enquired as to whether there would be any stock coming back in before Xmas, unfortunately there wasn't. However, between Asha and Alberto they were able to locate the product I wanted from a store and have it personally shipped to me, wrapped especially to be purposed for a gift. Not a lot of big name retailers would go to these lengths to service one customer.

Thank you Paul Smith and their fantastic employees for making shopping with them an absolute pleasure.

Quality products but the buttons are too tight, the waist is smaller than other jeans of the same size and the leg is longer than other regular size jeans.

Hands up! I’m a Paul Smith fan. Have been for many years but it’s only in the last couple of years that I’ve gone back to purchasing his designs. I get the odd item at full price but mostly wait for the sales because for me this is where you get the real value of really well made clothing, shoes and accessories. The sales are great. I try to wait until they go to 50% marked off but have learnt that at times you have to jump in at 30% otherwise the item will sell out. The quality of Paul Smith products are excellent. I order online for using a free click and collect in store. That way if I don’t like the item ordered, I can get an immediate refund. I’m never had any problems with quality control or service. The one time when ordered an item which was found not to be in stock, I received an apology with a £30 credit. I bounce between Paul Smith, Cos and occasionally Karl Lagerfeld. Very happy doing so. So thumbs up with a high recommendation.

Quality products but sizes are completely ancient. Most people nowadays, even muscly men, have slim waist and Paul Smith's sizing doesn't reflect that at all.

My beautiful Paul Smith trainers have lost all the outer lining and have cracked and peeled Paul Smith customer services weren't very interested as I could not produce a receipt for returning to store .If the company saw my wardrobe of Paul Smith Merchandise they would see a very good and satisfied customer sorry Paul Smith not any more !!!
Your customer services and after sales is awful and you should take a look at yourselves.

Je commande une chemise sur le site et je reçois une confirmation. Je choisis le "Click and collect" pour me faire livrer dans une boutique parisienne dans le Marais.. Peu de temps après je me rends sur ma page sur le site Paul Smith, la commande n'apparaît pas. Je contacte le service client qui me dit que "normalement ma commande devrait être envoyée rapidement". Deux jours après je reçois un mail me disant que ma commande était disponible en magasin. Je me rends au magasin, on me dit qu'elle est introuvable et qu'il faudrait que je repasse plus tard. Le site DPD m'indique pourtant que la commande a été livrée la veille...Je contacte à nouveau le service client qui semble désemparé. La boutique me rappelle pour me dire qu'ils ne savaient pas ou était le colis, ils avaient pourtant appelé le transporteur...Même son de cloche de la part du service client. Finalement, ma carte de crédit ayant été créditée, on me propose de faire venir ma chemise d'une autre boutique parisienne.
J'achète souvent sur les sites haut de gamme, je n'ai jamais vu une telle confusion. C'est indigne d'une marque comme Paul Smith. Aucun geste commercial ne m'a été proposé.

I purchased a pair of shorts that cost £92.00 reduced from £130.00, when washing for the first time I followed the instructions and handwashed at a cool temperature. Within one minute the bowl was full of various colours. I removed the shorts and dried them hoping they would dry ok but they didn't so I used a colour run which did not work, although more dye came out of the garment. I contacted Paul Smith last June and after various emails and 8 months later they have concluded that I must have washed the shorts with another garment even though I know this not to be true and have maintained this all along. They claim to have washed them which was at my request and no further dye came out. I would not waste my time returning a garment if it was my fault but I know this is not the case. Will NEVER buy from Paul Smith again. To take 8 months to resolve!!! an issue is a disgrace.

Jeg har købt en del genstande fra Paul Smith gennem de seneste 5 år, og jeg må desværre sige, at kvaliteten ikke har været tilfredsstillende hver gang.

Her nogle eksempler:

Jeg købte i 2014 et par sko hos Paul Smith. Plastiksålen flækkede på langt efter et par måneders brug – resten af skoen så ud som ny. Det var ikke sko jeg brugte intensivt, i gennemsnit et par gange om måneden. Jeg hørte fra andre at ikke var første gang, at det var sket. Jeg afleverede skoene i Paul Smits butik i København og fik af vide, at det forårsaget af slid, men at jeg kunne købe noget andet og modregne for prisen på skoene.

2)
Jeg købte en rejse/weekendtaske i New York i sommeren 2013. Tasken, som i øvrigt er af høj kvalitet, er konstrueret, så lynlåsen på siden af tasken bliver belastet af vægten af taskens indhold.

Det medførte, at lynlåsen ikke kunne lyne ordentligt efter mindre end 2 års brug. Igen gik jeg ned til Paul Smith, for at høre om det kunne laves. Det kunne de ikke love, men de kunne forsøge for 650 kr. (måske, ingen prisgaranti).

Nu har jeg fået en skrædder til at lave den for 200 kr. – lynlåsens hoved er skiftet ud med et identisk hoved, læderstroppen overført til det nye hoved.

Jeg købte en kortholder/pung udelukkende til rejsebrug i sommeren 2014 i læder. Læderet er revnet flere steder (små revner i læderet i toppen) på trods af at den er næsten ubrugt. Til sammenligning har min pung jeg bruger til daglig (fra Hugo Boss) holdt i ca. 4 år.

Der er flere eksempler. Konklusionen er, at jeg er skuffet over kvaliteten af Paul Smith – særligt når jeg ikke har noget at udsætte på designet.

I value and really look after my belongings, which is why I was so annoyed at Paul Smith for selling me some cheaply made eye glasses which lasted the grand total of 13 months. Shoddy quality for a premium price.. Be warned!
