Great Customer Support/Luxurious Suit
I had to interact with Customer Support over Collector Stamps that were missing from my account. Their response was prompt and positive.Stamps were credited to my account in less than 24hours.
I also recently bought my first Paul Smith suit this month. I have been reluctant to take the plunge previously because being 6’4” (193cm), I was not sure how it would fit. I’m kinda lanky. But boy! Was I pleasantly surprised. I got The Soho fit and it has the be the best suit I have ever owned. Luxurious feel. Perfect fit and unhemmed trousers which is perfect for my long legs. I did get the 40 even though in the UK I normally were 42. Already looking the add to my Paul Smith collection as soon as I s I can afford to 🤣
No response from customer service
Purchased a bracelet online, on second day of wearing the end came off and it was broken. Left a message on their website customer service chat and emailed them. Still no response one week later

The various members of the team that helped me with my enquiry which I knew was a very long shot (trying to find a button for a 25 tear old coat!!) but every one of them were superb. AND very helpful.

Bought a pair of shoes from an outlet in York which then came unstitched. They couldn’t repair at cobblers (paid for by Paul Smith), so sent a returns form to return shoes (for a refund) but qr code didn’t work so they refunded me in full anyway. I was kept informed at all times and cannot fault how good the customer service was. This is invaluable when so many companies don’t care once they have your money. Fantastic service
Possibly the best customer service I’ve ever recieved
I had an issue with an order and Josh was simply amazing at sorting it out for me to a very tight deadline. I’d say it’s up there with the best customer service I’ve had from any organisation and he went above and beyond. It’s quite hard to believe that any business still bothers to offer personal service like this but I can promise you that Paul Smith are at the front of the line in terms of customer care in my personal experience. Simply excellent.
Beware
It is now over 7 days since I requested a refund to a faulty product. They say allow up to 14 days for a resolution. This to me is far too long. They are the poorest company I have dealt with for good customer service. Beware!!!

Very disappointing experience – terrible customer support
I ordered 3 items from Paul Smith, but only received 1 item — unfortunately, it was just the most expensive one from the order. The other two items never arrived.
I contacted customer support multiple times and was repeatedly told that the issue would be investigated and resolved. After weeks of communication, I was ultimately informed that they could not help me at all. No explanation, no solution, and no accountability.
The support team seemed completely confused throughout the process. Every time I reached out, I received different responses, and nobody appeared to take ownership of the issue. It felt like I was being passed around without any real intention of resolving the problem.
What surprises me most is the very high Trustpilot rating. Based on my experience, I cannot understand how this company maintains such positive reviews. When a customer is missing part of an order, solving the issue should be straightforward, yet they failed to provide any meaningful support.
At this point, I am considering initiating a chargeback through my bank, as I have exhausted all other options.
Very disappointing experience and certainly not the level of service I would expect from a premium brand.

Paul Smith quality and style is always so elegant and special. The service is also incredible - with staff going above and beyond. I made an enquiry about an item, and they tracked it down for me and enabled me to buy it. Wonderful communication with charm. What a pleasure to deal with them.
