It’s very good. Can you help me I am paying for 2 pawtag for same dog 1.99 .and 2.49

This company were dissolved on the 15th July 2025 as per Company House. However they are still taking payment. They are fraudulent - do not use!!

Tags are flimsy and wear through quickly. The part you scan gets water ingress and it becomes unreadable. I was not aware that I was signing up to a continuous annual payment and was just charged without any warning. You cannot cancel the service through your online account and if you try to cancel you just get a message back saying someone will get back to you soon. Two weeks since I emailed them telling them that I do not want the service and yet no positive move towards getting my money back. AVOID THIS COMPANY!

This is a SCAM. You cannot cancel membership despite using their link..other customers are saying the same. Do no sigh up.

If I could give no stars I would. Cancelled my account but they still take the money. Emails go unanswered. I've escalated a fraud charge with my bank. Absolutely avoid.

Paw tags are affordable and easy to use and set up, highly recommend.

I feel so at ease knowing my cat is safe with the pawtag.

Easy to set up online and only had to pay postage to receive a free tag. Its good that if lost can be replaced

Do not fall into the pawtag trap like others I have also tried to cancel my membership after 5 months they are STILL trying to take money so have blocked via the bank to prevent them doing so DO NOT SIGN UP! I believe this business may of dissolved

I’ve had the same experience as others have mentioned on here. I have tried to cancel for months and every time I contact them you get an automated email saying they will be in touch but they never are. Then the following month they try and take the money again!
The product is a good idea but the company and service is awful.

Love it big time and that I can track my dog if they got out I can find them

Absolutely shocking! I have been trying since March to get hold of this company to cancel my subscription, I either get ignored or an email saying someone with contact me back and nothing! They have been charging my card each month even though I’ve contacted them every month without fail. I’ve had to cancel my bank card now as I had no other option and they’re still trying to charge my account daily! Worse company to get hold of, they’ll reply if you want a new tag but won’t reply if you want to cancel. Disgusting I know it’s only like £4 a month but it’s besides the point

Hi for 4 months now I have been saying I want to cancel subscription.
Paw tag reply is the same, someone from the team will get back to me but never do...

1 month being asking to cancel my account as I don’t have dog anymore and tag was lost and got reply it will be done in 48 hours and they trying to take money from my account luckily I blocked payments through my bank as they not helpful at all

To be honest I love the concept of pawtag and I still am giving it a try the only reason I’m giving a low rate is because of poor customer service and trouble setting up. I feel like I was misled I ordered my tag and it took over 2 months to get here I tried to reach out to customer support the first time around 8/14 and I got an automated”we will be with you soon” message but never got a follow up several times. I gave up that it was even coming!! However, my tag finally got here yesterday and I was having trouble with the set up. After I realized you have to pay for a monthly/yearly subscription I decided to try it and it kept routing me to a different page I had to try 3 or 4 times and it finally let me pay. So personally it’s been a headache the whole time. I do finally have it set up and it does let them call or text you a link when you scan the tag. I text my location to try it out and it does give pin point coordinate so I thought that was really cool! We will see! Hopefully they can get the customer service department up and going better.

They gave my refund...BUT!!!after getting my 7 months of refund,next month they charged the fee again.its more than 8 months now im trying to cancel my account, hardly believe its that difficult.Unfortunately their cancellation page is not working,and i fed up to keep going the same rounds with their AI emails.this company is a big scam

Emailed twice to cancel subscription as my fur baby had to be put to sleep.
Both times acknowledged and still trying to take money!!!! Luckily bank are on it after I rang them and explained and refusing payments! Awful company, should be shut down
