Well for a start I paid for the tag but never received it and emailed you telling you that. Then you have the cheek to take a payment on 28th July

Hardest company to contact, my dog hasn't been wearing pawtag for 8 months yet still being charged. Now taking legal action due to fraud speculation. Originally cancelled as QR code didn't take you to dog profile. DO NOT USE.

I think this is a grand idea, especially since I'm not that hip on microchipping. If my little girl were to get lost, anyone finding her would only need to scan the QR code to find her name and access ways to contact me.

The process was quick and simple to do. The tag didn’t take very long to arrive and was easy enough to set up. Feels odd to pay for something but not need the service until if the worse happens and you lose your dog but it’s great peace of mind to know that I’ve got the pawtag to help. I like that the tag doesn’t have the pets names on it so avoid strangers trying to claim the dog as theirs by knowing its name - great job.

I subscribed to pawtag as I initially thought it was a good idea to keep my dog safe. Since subscribing I've had to reorder 3 as they broke off the keyring provided, not exactly keeping my dogs safe. After reordering 3 time and paying postage and packing 3 times, I got fed up and cancelled the Subscription. I received an email confirming my cancellation but they still took payment from my bank. I have since emailed them on two separate occasions asking them to stop taking payment and refund the money they have taken, I received an email saying someone will be back in touch, no one ever did and today they have yet again taken the monthly fee. I will be taking this up with my bank.

SCAM. DON'T TRUST THIS SITE. DO NOT BUY. CANCEL AND CALL YOUR BANK IMMEDIATELY! DISABLE YOUR CARD. DO NOT PURCHASE THE FREE PROMOTION. If it saves anyone the hassle and misery please listen. Upon seeing their 'free promotion' you might believe you're just paying for shipping but you'll quickly find out it's a hidden subscription fee you have to pay for the next 3 months you CANNOT opt out of. Do yourself a favor and run. Don't trust what's too good to be true. Invest your money into a site with good reviews and avoid this at all costs. They hardly respond to emails, let alone want to issue a refund. They aren't looking out for your pets just some suckers who love animals that they can drain the money out of. Contact your bank immediately and make sure the payment doesn't go through so they don't keep charging you.

Please avoid paw tag. They make it very difficult to cancel your subscription. One of my pets passed away in April. I tried to cancel my subscription. They send an email acknowledging this but insisted that i click on a link to confirm which pet i wish to cancel. ( I told them I wanted to cancel all 3 of my pets)… But, No list of pets appeared. The only place that it leads you to is a button to continue with subscription. Needless to say, they took £19.99 out of my bank today. I’m going to have to raise the issue with my bank because pawtag ignore my emails.

It was easy to set up apart from the scanning of the qr code. It gives us great piece of mind that he can be traced as he is an assistance dog.

I wish I could give no stars. I’ve been trying to cancel my subscription for months - I don’t even have one of the dogs - but no luck. I will keep going. Dreadful customer service.

Absolute scam refusing to cancel subscription filled out multiple “cancellation forms” still being charged! Ignorant and blatant robbery

Good little things. I like how it looks on my baby's round the neck. So not expensive paying £2:50 per month for each cat soul. Everyone should have one of these. Qr code.
