Ok so I had a leak upstairs that flowed right down through the ceiling and I basically didn’t know what to do. I done a google search, the reviews looked good so I made 1 phone call. And that’s literally all I had to do. What a burden that was lifted from me immediately. I dealt with Callan and he literally came out the next day. He sorted out everything in a timely efficient, professional manner. I honestly can’t recommend this company enough.

They were recommended to me by a colleague as I has just experienced a flood in my house and was about to furnish a claim to my insurance company. Following a call, PCLA sent round their Assessor Niall to view the damage and advise me on all items to be claimed. The quality of support I received from Niall was first class and it was an eye opener to discover what my house insurance actually covered. Within two days, he returned with an Assessor from my Insurance Company and together they viewed the damage and went away to negotiate a settlement figure. Following a couple of further telephone conversations with Niall, a final settlement figure was agreed to my entire satisfaction. Thank You Niall for your expertise, your advice and your understanding of the situation. I found the whole experience to be very easy to follow but more importantly, the speed in which settlement was obtained without any hassle from my insurance Company was remarkable. I could not recomened this company enough . Niall was amazing!!!! we had a massive leak just as we where to go on our dream 20th wedding anniversary trip !!!
