1,95 € für einen Test bezahlt, wenige Tage später werden 39,95 € für ein angeblich abgeschlossenes Abo abgebucht, von dem beim Kauf NICHTS erkennbar war.
Unbedingt Finger weg!

Antwort: Dann erstatten Sie mir mein Geld einfach vollständig zurück! Geld, das Sie sich durch Ihr betrügerisches Geschäftsgebaren erschlichen haben. Ein Blick auf die zahlreichen Bewertungen zeigt deutlich, dass ich mit meiner Erfahrung keineswegs allein bin. Was Sie hier betreiben, ist für mich nichts anderes als dreister Diebstahl und betrügerisches Verhalten.
Außerdem habe ich Ihnen bereits geschrieben. Sie sollten dann auch antworten....

I took this DISC-style assessment expecting a reasonably rigorous result and got something quite different. My scores came back as 95% Dominance, 94% Influence, 83% Steadiness and 76% Conscientious, a spread of less than 20 points across all four traits. Any instrument with real discriminating power should separate these out more clearly. Instead I got a 20-page report written as though I was a pure "Type 1 Dominance" case, with barely a mention of the fact that Influence was almost tied with it.

The writing itself follows the same pattern paragraph after paragraph: "you may do X, which creates Y, but this can also lead to Z." That formula works for practically anyone regardless of their actual score. It reads like generic personality horoscope copy rather than anything grounded in psychometric research, and there's no methodology, sample size, or reliability data anywhere in the report to back up the precision implied by giving results to the exact percentage point.

The report is credited to "TestLibrary" rather than any recognised DISC provider, which probably explains the lack of rigour. If you want a genuine DISC profile, look elsewhere. This felt like a templated write-up bolted onto a weak assessment.

Es una estafa esta página y sus tests, te cobran una suscripción de la cual jamás te dan la información cuando pagas un monto muy pequeño al inicio y varias semanas después te cobran la suscripción que solo mencionaba hasta abajo de un email en letras pequeñas, se dedican a robar a la gente, ni siquiera el producto por el que si aceptas pagar es bueno 😅

At the bottom of the email they tell you they are automatically enrolling you in a subscription. The cool off period is illegally short. As others have said this is a complete scam website and I feel like a fool for falling for it

steht groß auf der Homepage. Wenn man sich Gedanken/Sorgen um dieses Thema macht, ist ein solches "Angebot" natürlich wunderbar zu lesen, auch wenn ein solcher Test eine richtige Diagnostik natürlich nicht ersetzt.

Ich habe den Test gemacht und zum Ende muss man 1,95€ zahlen um sich den Test herunter zu laden (Das stand am Anfang nicht da, aber eine gewisse Servicepauschale habe ich akzeptiert und per Paypal überwiesen). Runterladen konnte ich mir dann ein Schreiben welches nicht wirklich persönlich war, sondern sehr allgemein gehalten. Ich war enttäuscht!!! (Da zahlt man unerwartet und bekommt nichts für sein Geld)

Heute, einige Tage später, bekam ich dann zum einen eine unerwartete Abbuchung über 39,95€ auf meinem Paypal Konto und eine Email, in der folgendes am Ende der Mail in kleingedruckt stand:
"Herzlichen Glückwunsch zur Freischaltung von Testlibrary, Ihrer zentralen Ressource für persönliches Wachstum und Beziehungsverbesserung. Mit dieser Bestellung erhalten Sie vollen Zugang zur Plattform und all ihren Premium-Funktionen für 1.95€. Ihr Abonnement beginnt jetzt und verlängert sich automatisch am 2026-08-05. Dies gewährleistet einen ununterbrochenen Zugang zu unserem wiederkehrenden Dienst, der mit 39.95€ alle 4 Wochen abgerechnet wird. Solange Ihr Konto aktiv bleibt, behalten Sie Zugang zu allen Ihren Tests und historischen Ergebnissen."

Bedeutet, einloggen, womit ich für das Unternehmen wohlmöglich tatsächlich den Vertrag eingehe oder direkt kündigen, nachdem ich einen Monatsbeitrag am selbigen Tag bereits ungefragt bezahlt habe.

Die Überschrift ist für mich reinstes Lockmittel und eine ganz bewusste Täuschung um in eine Abo-Falle reinzugeraten! Ich rate jedem davon Ab, auch dieser Homepage einen Test o.Ä zu machen.
In meinen Augen versucht die Firma ganz bewusst Menschen zu täuschen und aus der Sorge Betroffener heraus finanziell zu profitieren indem sie die ihnen anvertrauten Daten missbrauchen und in eine Abo-Falle locken!

Otra panda de sinvergüenzas, con el beneplácito de Google y otros medios comunicativos, que entiendo que sacan partido de esto. Relato como actúan: Te hacen perder el tiempo rellenando un test de inteligencia, perfecto, igual no esta mal, por supuesto lo haces bastante bien, para al final si quieres los resultados, (sin ningún rigor científico), tienes que pagar. Lo he escrito en otros comentarios, no sería difícil añadir que al final tendrás que pagar. No sería dificil pero los ingresos disminuirían, se entiende claro.

I am another one who did a test for a small fee, the test said basically nothing - it is completely useless - but in the order confirmation, hidden among some generic text about support it is stated that now you will be charged every 4 weeks 16(!) times the price you paid for the useless test. Monthly. This is a scam and when I look at my profile - there is no subscription registrered either.

FRAUDULENTLY charges you after you pay for a once off test . AVOID . The test is absolutely rubbish and provides no real answers . Persist with a refund request . At first I was offered 25% back , then 40% and then a full refund . Ridiculous experience .

This is a scam. I signed up for one test at a cst of €1,95. I was subsequently billed for a one-month subscription—renewing monthly—costing €39,95. I complained and asked for a refund. They offered a 25pc refund. I said I was raising a complaint with my payment provider. They offer a 40pc refund. I raised a complaint with my payment provider and let them know. They said they were refunding 100pc of the charge. I’m still waiting for the refund.

Mucho cuidado con esta página web. Promocionan un test psicológico/de personalidad como si fuera un pago único muy barato (unos $2), pero ocultan en la letra pequeña una suscripción mensual automática de casi $40. Te cobrarán la tarjeta sin tu consentimiento explícito. Si ya te pasó, NO aceptes sus primeras ofertas de reembolso parcial del 25% o 40%. Exige el 100% del dinero y amenaza con abrir una disputa por fraude/chargeback con tu banco; solo así ceden y te devuelven todo. Prácticas de facturación totalmente engañosas.

Absolute SCAM. Do not get sucked in by this so called test for €1 - they are signing you up to €39 a month which they take days after doing the “test” which FYI is a load of rubbish. Save your hard earned money and don’t give a penny to these scammers who are just praying on decent people’s vulnerability.
