Thank god for pdsa there always there to help great professional team on hand :-)

I gave 5 stars to pdsa because they are very good with all there customers and pets and make you feel heard and comfortable when waiting to be seen

The PDSA do a very good service, unfortunately people take advantage of their charity. If you can afford to smoke one can afford to pay the charity. My experience with the PDSA has been positive unfortunately there are a couple of receptionists who are quite sharp and rude to the clients witnessing it for myself as though they dont enjoy what they do! They need more training for customer service.

People, I warn you with all my heart—stay away from this veterinary clinic!!!!!!!!!!!! Over a month ago, they killed my little dog with anesthesia. They called and lied—like nothing else—saying she’d stopped breathing on the table, that they’d tried CPR to no avail, and then, by some miracle, she’d started breathing on her own... An hour later, they called telling me to come in because her brain showed no signs of life. When I got there, my dog ​​was lying motionless on her stomach—still in her harness—over a sink with a tube in her mouth. I thought I wouldn't survive it, that it was a nightmare. The vet looked terrified—actually, they were all just standing there as if waiting for something; I could see fear in their eyes. Then they left us alone... I CHECKED MY DOG—THERE HAD BEEN NO SURGERY AT ALL!!!!!!!!! THEY CALLED AND LIED; THEY KILLED MY BABY GIRL!!!!!!! (She was supposed to have her uterus removed; she was a 7-year-old dog who had never been sick—perfectly healthy.) I HOPE KARMA CATCHES UP WITH THEM. WHAT KIND OF PEOPLE MUST THEY BE TO BE SO DEVOID OF FEELING?

Thank you to Jose, the wonderful veterinarian that saw my old dog with a severe eye infection/allergic reaction. Jose you were kind, compassionate, trustworthy and knowledgeable-a real credit to your profession. I cannot thank you enough, not only for the diagnosis and subsequent treatment but for the kindness you showed to ‘our little old lady’. If she could’ve written this herself she would also give you 5*. Thank you :)

pdsa kirkdale not taking, any registrations. also they do not castrate dogs either. i registered my dog online. only to be told months later, he was not eligible, took my old dog down to the pdsa kirkdale, as he was old and nearly near death, was turned away at reception, two weeks later i was back there, and had to put him to sleep. this is the kind of care i got for the best friend i ever had, all you get out of them as you walk in is have you got your donation. the place is not fit for purpose.

The staff at Pdsa are helpful and approachable

IV had so many bad experiences with pdsa in the last 7 years starting from my dog that had infection in her womb because 1 vet busted the after birth sac as she was pushing it out and then sent us home the list is endless I'm beginning to believe that it's just all about money and not the animals I'm losing trust and faith which is a shame because I know that this service is and does a lot of good but I'm just having too many bad experiences.😞

We need to get this company shut down.. I'm going to start a petition..I donated for over 15 years to them. Now when help is needed nothing.. PDSA takes money without providing the help that's needed.

I have been with PDSA for 2 years, I was under the belief that they would be providing high quality services and at the very least provide help for my pets, 8 months ago I moved houses with my 2 kittens (2months and 8 months) they did not handle the move well, (defecting around the house and crying in pain for months) I have tried multiple times to book an appointment with PDSA only to be met with indifference. their websites shows to only accept appointments for severe emergencies and since what my cats are going through isn’t classed as an emergency I decided to try and book the eldest to get chipped and neutered, again I was unable to get through on the website and after many many phone calls I have still been unable. In fact one woman had told me to try the website again and if it doesn’t work to call back in half an hour, like I had told her, it didn’t work I then went to call after it had been half an hour and the phone lines had closed, An employee should know when the phones close and shouldn’t claim to a customer that they would be able to get through.
I would say that I wouldn’t recommend this vet service to those around me but luckily they have never heard of PDSA and have their pets registered with companies that care about the well-being of their animals.

Great service by professional people at an affordable price. The online appt service is quick straightforward and simple to use. A great vetinary clinic in all respects. Parking is the only downside if any

Lack of communication from the vet in a way that I understand as I'm neurodivergent

Both staff at Antrim road and shore road were amazing and got my pet the treatment he needed.

Reception staff are lovely and helpful and the vets themselves are always helpful and honest . I would recommend them and know they are their to help when you need them .

Pdsa, cardiff, all staff are so professional kind and caring, i always take my cats there won't go know where else, the place is always clean and tidy .
I would recommend this place to everyone.

Pdsa very good and took great care for my cat when he was wrongly diagnosed by a private vet after paying for urine sample was told he had a dangerous blockage nurse saw him and turned out it was just a infection with medication he is better only paid £25 as they do ask for a donation anyway and I was more than happy to pay will never go back to fields vets they wrongly diagnosed my cat for last time

Pdsa in Bournemouth are absolute hero's to our pets ❤️
They have been excellent with our cat who has been diagnosed with diabetes 🥺 But, with their help and guidance, we are getting along really well now ❤️
