I got the best treatment for my cat. PDSA are great for emergencies but not a vets. Staff were very helpful and friendly I would recommend them, but join first.

The receptionist was lovely and understanding and asking relevant questions to understand what was wrong and the lady I saw that saw my guinea pig was understanding and respectful

Vets are always kind and caring. Appointment system is fairly graded from non emergency to emergency appointments. I would not be able to own a pet without them and would recommend without hesitation.

All the staff at the reception, pharmacy, students and the lovely vet were friendly, efficient and caring to us. An excellent service provided to me and my dog. I wasn't rushed and they cared for my Dogs needs. Their costs were affordable and I know that the money that I contribute goes to the right place. An amazing place that is kept clean and hygienic too.

I’ve been using Pdsa for a long time it is affordable and their professional if I wasn’t able to use these and had to use a proper paying vet I would never be able to afford it, I’ve heard it’s very very expensive for pets

Made an appointment for my Dad's elderly cat. The staff on the reception couldn't have been more helpful, the vet was very efficient, informative and respectful overall a very reassuring experience for both hooman and kitty, at was was initially a very stressful time.

My little shitzzhu dog has been having eye problems and kidney problems this 3 months , Vets and staff at pdsa have been totally amazing in treatment s and getting her back to health .

Pdsa portsmouth is a highly careing group .who look after all pets to a very high standard .they have looked after my little dog Brian for years and treated him for parvo .prolaoesed bowel.and other illnesses.at the moment he is having treatment for eye aulcer.well done pdsa PORTSMOUTH keep up all uour hard work.from Brian and his mum x

My only issue is there needs to be a lot more PDSA as private vets charge an unnecessary amount and make it extremely unaffordable

The people at the pdsa were lovley. They explained everything to me and made the right decision for my pet

The staff is very respectful and friendly. The treatment plan for the my cat that I have recieved on my last few visits has been very effective, and also Ive had no problems with appointment usually get one the same day or the next day when I ring up.

Pdsa have looked after my pets for many year's. Been some very sad times when I have had to say goodbye to my pets, but they helped me through this. Definitely recommend them.

Your staff made me feel well come and gave my dog lots care and spoke to me when I need rescue me regarding my dog care found your staff very special people ❤️
