We placed an order on 6th April for a newborn hand and foot gold foil print via Etsy. Despite high hopes for a good quality print to document our newborn from a company with positive reviews, we have had a very disappointing experience with them. The initial estimated delivery date at the time of order was 20-25 April.
We sent our completed prints on 16th April via email after receiving the ink kit.
We chased the company on 20th April to check they had received our prints as had received no reply.
On 21st April they replied to say we would receive a proof design within the “upcoming days”.
On 5th May we chased them again as had received nothing. A reply was received on 7th May apologising for the delay and we were told they would “personally ensure” a proof was sent that day. This was never received.
The following day we chased them again and did then receive an order proof which we approved and we were told they would expect dispatch on 11th May.
On 16th May we contacted them again as we had still not received any update about our order or confirmation of dispatch. We stated at this point that we would like our money refunded. Given the numerous issues with the order process, and given that from previous messages we assumed our order should have already have been printed, we hoped the company would respond with apologies and an offer of compensation/discount and for immediate dispatch of our print. Instead, although they apologised in the message, the order was immediately cancelled and refunded. Despite responding to the company explaining that we hoped for compensation but for the order still to be fulfilled, we received quite an arrogant response stating they were not in a position to do this and directing us instead to their complaints line. Sadly no compassion was shown towards the fact that we now no longer have a newborn and have missed the opportunity for this piece of art. They stated we were welcome to re-order from them should we want the print; it is difficult to understand why they think we should do this at full price from a company that has failed to dispatch an order after 6 weeks (which only progressed in the first place because of repeated chasing on our part!). A real shame.
For others considering ordering from here for special life events, proceed with caution! They say the whole delay was due to losing their lead designer which doesn’t bode well if you are relying on them for important occasions.

I ordered an album on 12th December with express delivery at an additional cost, advertised as arriving between 18th-22nd. On the 18th I received an email stating my colour was no longer in stock (why couldn't this have been identified earlier?). I replied exactly 3 minutes later with an alternative colour choice.

It is now (updated) 6th January and not only have I not received my order, I haven't had a single delivery update or reply to any of three emails I sent asking for information.

I understand that it is Christmas and I'm sure you're busy, but you advertised the delivery that I paid extra for, so it's no excuse. Even the free standard delivery would have arrived by now. I could have easily chosen a competitor who would have fulfilled their obligations.

I am very disappointed.

Ordered wedding thank you cards. Poor response times when communicating with this business. Quality of paper used is decent however printing could be better. Many messages inside printed off centre and at least 15% of cards printed incorrectly with message upside down and on wrong page.

Ordered a bespoke album for my daughter's wedding photos. It is beautiful. A little disappointed with the box as came a bit squashed and quality doesn't match that of the album

I purchased one of the Wedding Video Books and it is amazing! I filmed the big day and needed a nice way to present the final piece and this was perfect! Such a unique gift and I cant wait to present it to the Bride & Groom. Uploading my own videos and images was super easy and straight forward too!

I ordered a 'bespoke' sample, (one of their designs but with more space at the top for adding a bow) which took longer than the 10-14 days to arrive and when it arrived it was the normal design (no space)
Had a refund,for the card that is of no use, thank you, and was asked to change the 1 star review!!

Seller printed exactly what I asked for despite it not being an option on the listing. Item is of great quality

Royal Mail unfortunately lost the first book sent out by Peach & Pear and I was a bit worried 10 days out before our wedding but the customer service was excellent and Holly made sure that the item was created again and sent out next day delivery so it arrived on time and took the stress away completely! Would definitely recommend!
