Don't ever purchase anything from this website. Here, I'm going to tell my story. Initially, I ordered a maroon dress, but when I received it in person, it was actually brown, and the printing quality was terrible. I opted to return it, but all I got in exchange was a gift card; my money was not reimbursed using the original payment method. As a result, I bought a second dress using a gift card and got a poor-quality one. When I asked for a return, they cancelled and informed me that dresses bought with gift cards could not be returned. Their return policy is as follows, and they will give you a low-quality item if you utilise a gift card. Watch out for this bogus website.

I like their material and designs and cost. But can not order much as the material is not of sufficient length and width. Would love to buy a lot if they improved this feature.

Very bad Customer serevice. Return / refund process is very bad. An ordered item never delivered by Delhivery, then asked to cancel the order, several calls and followup, waste of time, mental disturbance, almost one month now, no refund yet.

Very bad fabric quality and after return there is no cash refund only a gift card that too to redeem from same site. Above all they instantly erase all bad comments under their Facebook post.

Such a bad app .. no proper response and you won't even get the refund after returning the dress.. you get a gift card...so forcibly you have to buy a dress from them even you you don't want to.

If we raise a request for refund they will send a gift card..In that case we have to order again as we don't have any other option in that purchase also I got a poor quality product...I recommend not to shop in this website 😔 worst experience ever..

It has no clear refund policy. only returns policy. Why giving gift code when we are not interested in dealing with you. Big shopping sites like amazon, flipcart n meesho has Open refund policies hence big no. of peoples are crazy for them. I read reviews after purchasing wrong item. If I read it earlier I did never go for it.

If there’s negative ratings like-1, -2, -3 rating I would have given-1000 rating.. they are not giving good quality products on topup to that not even refunding the amount.. Such a scammer company.. please do not entertain with people money.. u don’t even know how people are struggling to earn but by showing colourful photos don’t cheat us

I have purchased 2 sarees in rs 1599+1599 for both,I have returned 1 saree because of quality not expected as I thaught . But they are not refunding me rs1599. They have provided me gift code and saying me you purchase with thi gift code. I don't want to purchase,but they are forcing me purchase me from this code only. Refund policy is very bad. I want to say don't use this website 🙏😭
