I hv bought product and since it was not of quality i had returned it..some wallet balance of 2029rs was added to my account with full life time validity...
Few days back when I checked on my account no balance was shown although I hv not yet consumed my wallet money ..when I wrote mail n called customer care they are saying our software was updated and now wallet money concept doesn't exist any more..we can't help you...they are saying they hv notified their customers about the same..on other side i hv not received any single msg or notification from peachmode about my wallet money expiration..it's not my fault that their system is upgraded..it was their complete responsibility to notify me or else they should hv refunded my money..these people are fraud....they just make money out of us...worst experience

Peachmode.com.is fake website. No refund mone. So. All. Are request to complaint in consumer court. Don't buy from it

Worst ever website. They are so rude in dealing with the customers. They send you products that do not match the specifications and products that are below par in quality. They have the audacity to even tell that we should have read the policies before placing the order. They don't even have a refund policy and have only store credit option which is worse than any. Please do not buy from them.

The material I purchased was of such a bad quality that my tailor asked me to throw it away rather than spend more money for stitching. Be careful

They are fraudulent. Biggest scam. If u ordered something they haven't send gift card. They will say the product has not reached till date and contact to delivery guy.
Don't buy anything plz otherwise you will loose your money.

They haven't delivered the product and have mentioned that it has been delivered in my account. When checked, the customer service asks me to contact the delivery service provider. They are big time frauds. Don't purchase from them.

Irritating first they ask you for money when you purchase and later if the product is not good thay will hand over yout he gift card saying they have this policy. Is this policy to f’’k a customers money. And jam it with your self and stick a customer money🤷🏼‍♂️
FRAUD BRAND

This company is a fraud.In the name of selling they are befooling the common man. I have ordered two dresses and they sent only one dress and telling to issue video footage. Can anybody send them video footage before checking d product..Very very cheating mentality company…. Even product qualities are worst of its kind….I advise never ever prefer and everyone please raise your voice….

Horrible experience with peach mode.. I am suppose to get a refund from them.. from past 1 month they telling me that I will get the money in next 5-6 days but nothing..and every time I chk with them they send the same message.. 5-6 days
I requested for a call but no one calls.. and m sure they are not going to call. Please be careful of peachmode. Else you will also lose money

They haven’t refunded my money, but say they have received the product. I am sick and tired of following up with them for the refund. Their constant response is plz wait. It’s been a month now, and it’s a bad customer experience. Never buy from Peachmode. Frauds they are.

Do not buy anything, these people are thieves, they see new, they send old, that too, they neither match the scarf with the salwar nor the suit.

Worst shopping experience from Peachmode. I bought 2 suit sets in may for RS 4298 ,but both were so old and sizes also not perfect looks very dirty. After lots of request it picked up on dated 28th MAY but not recd. my refund till dt. I continue calling to their customer care no and mail also but they making me fool, PAHLE BOLTE THE WARE HOUSE ME RECV HOGA TAB REFUND HOGA, PHIR BOLA KI PROCESSING ME H, AB 10-12 DAYS SE BOL RAHE H TECHNICAL ISSUE H. ISI TARAH BOHOT PARESHAN KR RAHE H, VERY PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I have ordered sarees and cancelled and request to refund my money back but they are not responding and also product quality is very cheap and old one which is very different from the photo
