I returned their item the same day as received it. Now they refused to give my refund. I am cheated of 1349 rs.

Worst app ever. I ordered a product but I had to return it because I did not like it. It has been almost a month now and still haven't received any refund. Even though I returned the same product, the customer care says that they have received a wrong product and won't issue any refund because of it. They also told US to contact the courier service in order to check with them.
Worst shopping experience. Don't waste your time and money on it.

I had ordered my first order and it wasn't fit so i returned it.
I am not getting updates on the refund
I made the payment through my credit card and these people are saying you would get a link and then you need to upload your bank statement then we will approve it ..
This refund process sucks...
Don't order any product if u have a doubt that you would need to return it..
It's been more than a week that my product is picked up
But no further update

Peachmode is a fraud company...they sell all cheap quality products...I returned my order on 28th Feb and still waiting for my refund...whenever I call they are telling same story like still product in transit so I need to wait for some more time...They don't want to refund amount to customers..They are doing scam by taking money from people selling cheap quality clothes and not refunding amount...Need to take legal action on this fraud company...

I RECEIVED MY PURCHASE MINUS ONE PART WHICH RENDERED IT NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE. AS WITH OTHER POSTERS ALIEXPRESS WOULD NOT REPLACE OR REFUND EVEN THOUGH I SUPPLIED ALL THE NECESSARY PROOF.

I have ordered a suit from Peachmode was small in size have returned it. But still waiting for my refund.....

I ordered a saree worth 749/- rupees but till now I haven't received the product. The said amount was paid to Tulsyan retail private limited via Google pay on 26th August 2022.

Kindly do the needful.

I had ordered a suit on 9 Sep and my order was cancelled on 10 Sep with reason Others. From 11 Sep onwards I am trying to get my refund and daily I got response that they will send a link within 2-3 Days but till date not getting any link for refund. Team is cheating with their customers and using our funds by cancelling our orders and not making the refunds on time...i doubt whether I will get my money back or not or I have to go for legal action.

Worst online clothing site ever. Not able to return. Bought 2 dress material and one saree, quality is too poor, costs around 4000. Do not buy from this site. DO NOT unless and untill you have money growing on tress.

Hey guys, I read all the bad reviews after i had placed my order with Peach Mode. But I had no problem with their service. I had ordered a readymade suit and 4 dress materials, They sent the items as they were listed on their website. I had not ordered very expensive items, the quality was okay for the prize they had charged. And my order was received within 10 days, nicely packaged. I will definitely order more items in future.

Worst site i have ever seen. Not even one star i will give this site. They are playing with customer. They don't call even to know concern. return my 2299 amount.

They are the worst . They give u town products crumbled not neatly iron looks like somebody have worn already
There is no ethics no proper customer support or service . They don’t give a good resolution very keen in taking ur money but not fulfilling ur commitment and once money is swindled they care nothing about customers or the product they are delivering

The are frod. I shop a kurti suit set from peachmode. As quality is not up to mark I raise request for return of the article. Even after lapse of 20 days and again and again raising request for return they did not pick up the article from my home. Please don't make mistake of shopping with them.

I m very disappointed with peachmode. Firstly I have ordered by paying my amount while purchasing online but they sent a courier saying I need to pay the amount on delivery. This was a mess.
Again, I didn't open the product till I get my amount refunded back and when I opened and viewed all the dresses I ordered, it was of cheap quality and I didn't like it. When I ask for refund instead of transferring amount they sent a digital gift card again of no use for me as I didn't want to buy anything from peachmode.
I strongly dont recommend peachmode.

Very very bad experience. I have ordered a medium sized full sleeve dress of 3k inr to Canada. And they send me short sleeve one when i complained abiut it they replied they don't had a full sleeve one with medium size they had only in small sized thats why they send short sleeve. As they are sending an international shipment they should confirm with me before sending a different dress.
They told they can't give a money for ship it back and its expensive in Canada to ship it back to India. I already loose some of my money.
Bad customer service. Very bad online shopping experience.

It is very much disappointed, you send my order with shortage of material that specified in the online display... Order No. 203561882... The material offered is 2.4 meter actual received is 1.9 meter. This was a GIFT and is a very bad experience with peach. I raised a return and refund, now peach asked to corrier it as they do not have pickup... Please honour the customer, don't try to loose trust of your customer. We believe on you and placing order online... Please make refund and make your pickup anytime you are available... Am waiting for your valuable support and feedback...

एक साड़ी मंगाई थी, लेकिन जो फ़ोटो पर दिखाई गई थी उस साड़ी का आदेश दिया था लेकिन जब पैकेट को खोल कर देखा तो साड़ी अलग थी जैसे किसी चीज़ की फ़ोटोकॉपी.

चोर साले........ कोई भी कुछ मत मंगाना
