Was able to order a t shirt that's hadn't been released yet. I just happened to see a young child wearing it, and the owner was supper nice and make one for my daughter. Also on delivery I forgot to add my door number, their was no problem at all getting that sorted. Supper easy company to order from.

Amazing designs and unreal customer service any issues are solved quickly and efficiently cannot reccomend enough

Peaked never fails to impress.i have more of their merch in my closet then other brand and it's for a reason. Every time it's quality hoodies and shirts with killer graphics delivered nicely packages and I timely manner I'll continue to order from them atleast twice a month till I'm broke or I own everything

Except the fact that I did not order the right size, the quality of the ordered t-shirt is 10/10 I love it!

T-shirt material is cheap and uncomfortable.
The t-shirts STUNK when they arrived. Genuinely awful.
The designs are cool, credit where jts due.
At £27 a shirt, we expected more.
From a quality perspective, they're £17 max

They’re very involved in what they’re doing and that probably sounds stupid but alot of these clothing brands just sell their stuff and watch the money roll in. Peaked have responded when I’ve asked them absolutely anything and been very helpful. The designs and quality are always top drawer and I’m always kept in the loop with delivery. Amazing brand and amazing people behind it

I’ve got a total of 9 hoodies and T-shirts from Peaked so far and every single item has been top quality. I usually size up because I like an oversized fit, and every single item has been so comfortable, and the designs are always so cool! Living in the UK, delivery has never taken more than 2 weeks. I can’t recommend them enough :)

Shipping took a long time. They told me it should be quicker now. I like my shirt!

The jacket and materials are amazing. It fits amazing and I am very happy with the jacket. Commuincation about the product was not the best. I had ordered through the shop app and most of the time the product never said anything besides "product ordered" until the product was shipped with a tracking number that worked half the time. Contacting the company through email never worked. Facebook was the better, but it took them a couple of days to respond. I love the product, but customer to company communication was not the best.

The shipping time did not match the shipping times that were on the website for my country. I reached out via email and never received a response back. I was also disappointed at the quality of the printing on the shirt for what I had paid. Very sticky and a bit uncomfortable even after washing.

Ordered a limited print and received a different design. Contacted the company, and was told I would be contacted the next day to arrange a return of product, which was disappointing as I live in the United States and it took a month to get to me. I don't feel it's necessary for the customer to send back the wrong item. There was no contact from them after this. Disappointing because the designs are very cool and would like to order again in the future, but not sure if it's worth the hassle of receiving the wrong item.

Incredible customer service. Checked up to check whether the order had arrived. Products always flawless.
