I am a first time buyer and he was incredibly helpful, kind and went through every option with me. I haven't experienced this level of professionalism in my house hunting journey. If Iam ever looking for an investment property down the road, I would call him back without hesitation.

I was very happy with the audit service provided by the head of SEO (Ismail). His breakdown of my site's technical and on-page issues were eye opening and the implementation so far has provided some very positive results.

They sell confidence, authority, and expertise at the beginning — led by their CEO — and then vanish once payment is made. When problems arise, leadership refuses to engage and pushes clients onto underqualified account managers who lack both strategic understanding and executional skill.

Our experience consisted of missed promises, constant postponements, and an endless stream of documents that led nowhere. No results. No accountability. No ownership.

When we attempted to reset the engagement and asked for a clear timeline and deliverables, we received a plan with no dates, no clarity, and no commitment — a clear sign that nothing was going to change.

Their work didn’t just fail to help — it caused damage, including issues to our website backend that we had to repair ourselves.

Despite all of this, Pearl Lemon refused to accept responsibility or issue a refund.

This is not a values-driven company. Client satisfaction is not a priority. Once the sale is closed, you are on your own.

Working with Pearl Lemon was one of the worst professional decisions we’ve made, and I would not recommend them to anyone.

I signed up for a full SEO audit for my website, based on their supposed experience with Weebly. The team was responsive, but I just got a very basic audit with a standard list of improvements. Most of my follow up questions were not answered, and they weren't willing or able to provide any further technical support for me. I do not recommend working with them.

One may possibly not only consider your worth, in terms of your experience and skills gathered, but also your own character profile and how well that may, or may not, be understood and accommodated. It stands to reason that seeing your gold nuggets of knowledge lost in a corporate machine is terrifying, as is the thought of being ridiculed for a head of grey hair.
My point here is that it's a big deal when you are getting older and you take the plunge with a company on the other side of the planet.
I did the usual perusing of websites and personal profiles, and, to be very honest, it was Deepak Shukla's life journey - and success - that was the real draw card. But taking that decision and making the move to join the ranks of Pearl Lemon at this stage of my life, I realise now, was a huge mistake! I should have done it years ago!
I have found more than stimulation, acceptance, personal development and skills growth...I have found a reason to get out of bed in the morning, a reason to think and ponder, a reason to rush home and jump online. And best of all, for me personally, I have found a family and a reason to laugh again.
