PnDigital increased our ROAS by a whopping 2.6x overall and 1.65x at the lowest for our under-performing campaign. As business owners, even a 0.5x increase in ROAS is very significant to the bottom-line profit, so we have been extremely pleased with the performance.

Before starting with PnDigital, our previous agency was charging us almost twice as much and only made ONE campaign which was sustaining the whole business. PnDigital immediately came in and created multiple campaigns to test, and successfully scaled the winning campaigns, one of which is at a whopping 9.17x ROAS.

On the SEO side we were losing a ton of traffic but has regained many lost positions and developed new keywords which has enabled us to reach demographics we didn't think of before.

We’ve been with PN digital for about 6 months now, their customer service is great, we have good results so far, very happy with their service!

We had another company running google and facebook ads for us and they were doing an ok job. Our ads were somewhat profitable but we could never seem to scale them.

We were recommended to PNdigital by a friend and from the outset we really liked their approach. They took the time to provide recommendations on what we could do to improve our ads which was really useful. After this, we decided to move our ads management to PNdigital. As a new clothing brand I was nervous to pour money into something uncertain, my initial meeting with Paras was very encouraging and professional, I walked away feeling confident. After deciding to go ahead I surprisingly had no more contact with Paras and found myself handed over to a guy named John, I spent over £5000 (including £2000 ad spend) with this company to achieve 1 single day in a positive ROI the communication was poor and I felt like I was bothering John the majority of the time, replies were slow and i actually reached out to Paras and this was quickly rectified and John appeared to be performing for a few days which then quickly dropped off again. I used all of my funds to push the business and got burnt for it terribly.

I’m summary communication was awful, results were never seen but my business account funds were all used.

I’m sad to write this review as the general consensus seems to be good, maybe as i only really dealt with John that’s where I was having all of the complications.
