I bought the Cruiza ebike direct from Pedibal and, the service was first class, Mark is very helpful and kept me updated with delivery etc. I was expecting to wait week, but the bike only took a couple of days to arrive!! The bike is very well built and is amazing to ride, lots of safety features, built in lights, very effective brakes! And the motor is powerful. I chose the DVSA approved throttle version and it's a completely different experience to riding my previous fat bike, battery range is good too, even when using the throttle I still had full battery when a reached work this afternoon. Amazing bike, and excellent service. Pedibal are the best.

This is my second Pedibal. After an email ‘chat’ with Mark, I ordered a white Navigata on Tuesday which arrived next day to Dundee. Strong secure packaging which ensured the bike was 100% when removed from the box. Gears, brakes etc all worked perfectly. I ordered a rear rack which was fitted before delivery; battery fully charged too. The Navigata rides extremely well with easy precise gear changes, comfortable seat etc….and brilliant fun. It certainly attracts a lot of positive attention and interest. The service and prompt communications from Mark was, as previously in 2022, is perhaps the best from any retailer I’ve experienced.

After much research I ordered a Navigata in white and fitted with a rack. My questions were answered quickly and the bike was delivered promptly.

I am very pleased with the quality of this bike, it was very well packed and once removed from its box it was quick and easy to get on the road.

The bike was bought to take in my motorhome and although its not the lightest on the market I am able (aged 76) to lift it, in its folded state, into the garage of my Adamo 75-4dl with no problems.

This bike has everything you need, except a rear light, but, be aware!! the throttle is a fantastic addition but inclined to make you lazy, so use it sparingly and keep those legs working.

So a very nice, good quality bike and excellent value for money. I could not be more pleased.

Delivered the next day. We have bought 2 bikes, 2 racks and 2 carry bags. Really pleased with all. Very helpful over the telephone. Would definitely recommend these bikes.

Their website is easy to navigate and use.
It has lots of useful information to help you with your purchase decisions.
The checkout had an option for Paypal as well as the usual credit/debit cards.
The delivery went just as stated on the website.

Excellent customer service, mine did develop a fault, however it was collected, repaired & returned in a very short turnaround without any quibbles, bike is very good value for money.
I would highly recommend the Navigator, worth every penny.

I’m at the top end of users in terms of stature. 6’3” and 14 stone but as far as propelling me along, it does the job admirably. My commute is roughly a 7 mile round trip with a couple of steep hills. I’ve yet to switch into assist number 5. Assist 3 is pretty much perfect for flat terrain and up to 4 for the hills. It folds up really quickly and fits under my desk at work. I’ll invest in the carry bag so I can sling it over my shoulder to climb the stairs. All in all, it’s a great bike for what I use it for. It would have got 5 stars but I had to tighten the main handlebar stem after my first ride as it was really loose, as well as tightening the trip computer as it was spinning on the handlebars. This is despite a checklist that came with the bike to say all this had been done. Still a good purchase though.

After sales service is exceptional. I have had my pedibal for over a year, used for getting to work & have covered 2k. Mark has been present throughout resolving all problems timely & professionally. The bike has paid for itself over the course of the past 12 months, saving £80 - £100 per month on fuel that I would have incurred whilst using my car, excluding wear & tear. Many thanks to Mark & staff.
