My Pedibal bike is brilliant. I have had it for nearly 2 years now and it has been absolutely reliable. Servicing is reasonably priced as well as being courteous and friendly. It has been a great buy.

The bike was deliver quickly and is a great design and feels well put together. A little issue was sorted wit no drama or prolonged emails so fantastic.

Bought a second Navigata to add to the one we purchased last year. Nothing we found could match the Navigata for spec and price.
Great bikes, next day delivery as advertised.

I decided to try before I brought, as I was looking at different options. I found the staff on site very helpful. About two weeks after trying one I got in touch and brought one. It arrived a few days later. Very helpful when I had a problem I was video called and the problem was sorted. I only wish it had suspension, it can be a bit bumpy!

From both a service and product perspective, I am so pleased I chose Pedibal. My initial enquiry was greeted with enthusiasm and supportive and once my order placed, clear comms on delivery received. Now for the bike which I use to commute from West London to Bankside (@7miles each way) on low power assist - I've made 3 trips so far on one charge and arrive having worked out (@250 calories) a little but not sweaty to the point of needing a shower. Purchased via cyclescheme with @35% discount, a perfect commute!

After a lot of research I kept coming back to this bike as really liked the look of it and spoke to Steve, who was very helpful, to get more info, specifically as I am 5ft tall, I had tried other bikes and struggled to get on them and had not been on a bike for about 40 years. Took the plunge and am very pleased I purchased. Have been using for approx 3 weeks and have only just needed to charge the battery, so getting a good range especially as I live in a very hilly area. Fast delivery and seems to be well built. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Why I have given it four stars as the settings information is not included. My bike came with the kilometre setting after saying that bikes were checked before dispatch , obviously not mine, this led to me fiddling which led to losing my throttle , anyway contacted mark who was very helpful which got the bike into working order . I enjoy the bike and the throttle is excellent for starting off . I find that it could do with a higher gear ratio, as in 5 setting you have to pedal rather quickly, on the bonus side I do not have to touch the gear control for starting off, setting 7 is perfect for setting 1 to 3, but 4 and 5 , peddling rather quickly , anyway for around village setting 2 is adequate, other than these points, I love the bike.

Excellent customer service, on a very one to one personal basis. Can't fault the bikes or the service at all.

I had a test ride before I ordered the bike. Mark and Martin were very helpful I am really happy with my bike.

Well I don't normally leave reviews.....the company give you all the the information you need to decided whether you want the bike or not...if you can afford it get it it's the best bike you will ever have for the money....that said this company go the extra mile....the first bike I received was damaged in transit I rang pedibal and they arranged to have the bike collected and a new one delivered...and the very next day I received my second new bike which was perfect and was fully charged ready to ride ...so don't put off buying this bike..they say it's the things that you don't buy that you regret the most .....it does what it says on the tin !!!!

I phoned to order the bike. very helpful. answered all the questions I had and they phoned back to discuss the courier options and it arrived the next day without any issues.
I've had very limited time to ride the bike, but first impressions very good.

Excellent communication with Mark throughout who answered all our questions quickly. The Navigata folding bikes arrived well packaged on the day we asked for. One bike required some derailleur adjustments.
They are lovely to ride as a normal bike with the added bonus of the power assist ,which is amazing, if needed.
We love the bikes , both of them fit easily into our car and we’re looking forward to taking them away with us in our camper van next year.

I have been out on my bike once and the tyre was flat on my return! Now have to find a bike shop to hopefully fix it!

I am extremely pleased with my bike which is a perfect addition to campervan getaways and is a great option to commuter journeys. Easy to fold and great functionality. I have and will continue to recommend Pedibal bikes and products.

My wife and I picked up our 2 bikes yesterday directly from Mark who has given us excellent, personal service. We are absolutely delighted and impressed at how comfortable the ride is with such responsive power - both from pedalling and the separate throttle.
