I’ve been using the Pella app hosting…

I’ve been using the Pella app hosting server for a while now, and honestly, it’s been a really frustrating experience overall. At first, I thought it was just temporary issues, but the problems keep happening again and again.

The biggest issue is reliability. Sometimes the server works fine, but other times it just doesn’t load or takes forever to respond. There’s no stability, so you can’t really trust it if you’re trying to run something important. I’ve had multiple times where things just stopped working without any clear reason.

Payments are also a major problem. I’ve experienced failed transactions more than once, and it’s not clear whether the issue is from the system or something else. There’s no proper explanation or follow-up, which makes it stressful if you’re relying on it.

The speed is another big downside. Everything feels slow from loading the dashboard to running apps. It feels like the servers are either overloaded or not properly maintained.

What’s most disappointing is the support and management. When I tried to reach out, the responses were either very slow or not helpful. It feels like there’s no real responsibility taken when issues happen, and users are just left to deal with the problems themselves.

Overall, it doesn’t feel like a reliable or professional service right now. There’s potential, but in its current state, I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone who needs something stable and dependable. As a result, don’t try this hosting sever!!!

I had an issue, but it was quickly fixed by StoneChat, the owner. He was very kind and took the time to help me. It turned out the problem was my mistake, not the hosting service.

The best service can someone use to…

The best service can someone use to host his things.. Fast, Easy to use and secure. I host my discord bot project on it with 99.99% uptime. Really thanking owner to create such an amazing project like that.
