I couldn't have been more wrong with my previous 1 star post. I've just had a call and have received tonnes of advice from a great local adviser.

Honest advice in a plain, straight forward and concise manner

Very quick to put me in touch with a pensions adviser who rang me, found out my needs and gave me free advice. There was no pressure and it was very useful as I had no idea about my pension situation. Put my mind at rest.

Spoke with an advisor a couple of times, he was a friendly chap and checked up on me after I had spoken with the financial adviser they assigned to me. There was a bit of confusion over what I wanted (I had an extremely niche request) but pension advisers were understanding and got me in touch with another adviser who helped me.
My partner has a sizeable pension pot and has had a bit of a troublesome experience with another company, however I will be recommending them to her, whether they can help or not they have been transparent and honest which I find an essential trait when dealing with pensions!

Pension Advisers put me in touch with a local pension adviser who has sorted out my own pension and is now dealing with my wife's pension. A great recommendation.

Contacted them for some free legal advice. Spoke to a very helpful advisor a couple of times. He was very empathetic and keen to find a solution to my problem. Only negative was it took a while to get to speak to him.

I was put in touch with several suitable pension advisers, several of which would have been suitable. I was given a free telephone conversation of around 15 minutes which answered my questions about my stakeholder pension. Having looked at other websites I wasn't sure if I would find an adviser who was willing to advise me on my relatively small pot of money but I found some suitable advice.

I’ve been very pleased with my experience with both the adviser i was assigned to, the ease of use of the website and the follow up calls to check how everything went and if I needed any help.
A real honest and genuine service and have already told my sister about this.
