What do you want?
The opening line was in my opinion was just a switch off “what do you want” No introduction nothing just random person saying “what do you want” on the other end of the phone
I filled in the online form with enough relevant opening conversation details in there.So why wouldn’t you use that??
My opinion is if you couldn’t be bothered nor can I
As I am quite sure there are other pension advisors out there who are more than happy to help navigate pensions.

Can you advise if ours was the only form you filled out? We dont request a lot of detail on the initial form so it doesnt sound like one of ours?

Further to the above, we don't believe you have reviewed the right service Shazan, please edit or delete your review. Below are the comments of our advisor who called you promptly and was told to ring back. You never answered the call:
"I think he must have completed that review having spoken to someone else as that’s certainly not how the conversation went.
My partner Gary took this call as I was on hold on another call at the time but I was present for the conversation. Gary introduced himself, Mr Hussain said he expected a call from “******” so he explained we are partners and I was available should he prefer to talk to me. He then cut him short of saying anything else as he explained he was at work and couldn’t talk so to call after 5:30 or the following day at 1pm.
We called just after 1pm on Friday the 20th and he didn’t answer or return our call.
Obviously the lead we get through simply says pension advice so we have no background to what enquiry he has made. We always introduce ourselves, acknowledge they were expecting the call and ask “how is it that we can help you?”. Very different to “what do you want?!”.
It certainly sounds like he is confusing the conversation with Gary with someone else as ironically we commented on how rude he actually was when we’d call him so promptly. "
