Cooper associates were most helpful who I found through this portal. They did some exploratory work for me and did not charge me as we did not get to the point where I needed to pay. I would not hesitate to use their services again.

The information I was given from the firm recommended by Pension Advisers was very clear and concise and helped me understand my options and what they would mean for me now and in the future.

My advisor seemed very knowledgeable. Was helpful and explained exactly what would be the process.

To be frank with your company I don't need to worry about leaving out offensive words because I have no need to use them. I'm sure the man's name was John, (please excuse the spelling if it's wrong, I'm also not good at remembering names.) We spent the best part of an hour on the phone, during which he proved he was clearly knowledgeable of the subject matter and the he said he'd get the paperwork out to me quickly. What I wasn't expecting was to receive the said paperwork the very next day, obviously 1st class postage. Now that I was seriously impressed with. Hence I had the forms read, signed and back in the post ready for the next appreciate days collection which I think was a Monday. So i say thank you.
