Excellent service. Everything carefully explained.

I felt listened to and understood. Faron explained clearly why he needed to ask questions and at the end of the telephone interview explained what the next steps would be. I didn’t feel the questions were intrusive, the conversation flowed making me feel at ease.

The initial contact from Pensionhelp was a call to go through the Confidential Financial Review form that I had previously submitted via my Financial Advisor.
The call lasted half an hour and consisted of confirming the content of the form and putting a bit of detail on some aspects of the form.
The call was recorded and I suspect that this may have been what caused "drop-outs" at regular intervals on the call. It would be worth looking at eradicating these drop-outs as they make an important call more difficult than it should be.
Pensionhelp were able to bring my call forward despite their full schedule. Many thanks for that.
