Special thanks to Franzi (and Nadja) for helping with my apartment hunt in Berlin. They definitely helped to smooth things over and make communication easier with property agents / landlords. Without them i would not be in possession of apartment keys. They helped to manage timeline , expectations, applications, co-ordinations with property agents. They have insight into Berlin as a city so can help give impressions. I really appreciated the teams directness too, when something was not in the best light they were direct enough to share thoughts (in a polite way) without finding them just sitting on the fence, which i really appreciated. They will not magically find you apartments ( still bound by levels of luck in this city - ask anyone and seems everyone goes through this journey) but they do have experience and a process, which is better than could be said for someone new to the city.

Perchpeek helped me find an apartment for reasonable money and in a very short notice (a week). I didn’t need to worry about anything - my manager sent me many options, wrote to landlords and checked the contract.
I also had a support on the first steps in a new country which helped me a lot to feel confident.

Being new to a country you need all the support you can get from your home search assistant. Katy has been really helpful with getting an accommodation that was as per my requirement which changed a few times however Katy always took it with a smile and guided me throughout. I had a very nice experience with PerchPeek. They helped me find an apartment in Berlin which can be a really daunting experience. They handled the process end-to-end. From the very beginning, they got my apartment preferences, and they did their magic. I only had to confirm viewing appointments and give them feedback if I really liked it. All in all, I am glad I found a really nice apartment.
