Very primitive website
Very primitive website. Impossible to find simple items such as uvc bulbs and replacement sponges.
Ok, you do not sell these products online because of possible damage in transit (although many other pond supply companies DO sell these products on line). But to has taken a Trustpilot listing for me to discover this - why don't you point this out on your website?
Since it opened, I have been a personal and very satisfied shopper at Perfect Aquatics as I was and for many years at its forerunner, The Japanese Koi Company. I live 20 miles away and was just using the website to check whether you stocked the products I want to buy.

Good afternoon, these are not items we sell online. Bulbs are prone to smashing during transit and given the website is in it's trial stages, we have only listed items we know will be in stock. This is not a fair representation.

We used to buy all our pond stuff here but due to disability hadcto give it up. However we visited their coffee shop for the first time today which was nice with raised outside seating on a wrap around balcony plus roof terrace but the outlook is grim with empty water bottles, rubbish etc. Used to be nice with a garden. Hope they do something in the not to distant future.

Good Communication
I ordered a pond pump but it was out of stock. As I could not be given a date for delivery I had to cancel and ask for a refund. The money was returned to me very quickly. I would therefore recommend this company as they kept me informed by email on the situation and I had no problem in getting my money back.

I am giving 5 stars for perfect…
I am giving 5 stars for perfect aquatics as the staff were very friendly,helpful and knowledgeable.
The cafe however I wouldn’t even give 1 star as the staff were rude , for nearly 10 minutes we stood in front of 3 staff a man with a beard seemed in charge and not once did he say I’ll be with you in a moment or even make eye contact we ended up putting our things back and walking out and so did the people behind us .(Sunday 30th Jan)

Thank you for your review here at Perfect Aquatics. It's great to hear the positive feedback. I have just spoken to cafe manager Jacob who would love to speak to you directly to find a resolution and give you a positive experience, his email is Jacob@koicafe.co.uk. I know they were overwhelmingly busy yesterday at times. With this, all the kitchen equipment was in use at once and a electric issue (overload) was diagnosed which was taking out the till link to the kitchen. Not making excuses and we are working through initial teething issues since opening earlier this month. Please do make contact with Jacob as we strive to provider our customers a fantastic service.

Perfect Aquatics is the very best shop for fish keepers. The staff are wonderful and there is an excellent selection of fish and equipment. I can't wait for their restaurant to open for my working from 'home' days!
