Apologies for the inconvenience - We have just been informed by Parcelforce they attempted delivery and could not reach the number on the order for redelivery. They have therefore now resent the wine back (which is in transit)

I used Perfect Cellar for the first time recently, and whilst they made a mistake of sending one incorrect bottle, they sent out the correct one immediately after I informed them, and even though I offered to pay for the wrong bottle (which looks very good), they said if was FOC, as it had been their mistake. Top quality customer service, and I will definitely be using them again in future

Bit of a hitch with delivery of wine by Parcelforce. However, whole matter resolved and wine delivered and no charge as compensation for inconvenience caused. First class customer service by Perfect Cellar. Oh and excellent wine 🍷 👍.

As always the wine was superbly boxed…
As always the wine was superbly boxed and delivered very promptly.However the wine was not what I thought I was ordering although it may well have been my mistake. Jack was brilliant in sorting things out and the wine I wanted arrived the next day and the unwanted box collected shortly afterwards.Outstanding customer service!
