Exceptional customer service. I had a minor error with my most recent delivery but after I called their customer service line to flag it, they reshipped within the hour and had the replacement on my doorstep the following day. They also kept me informed by text at each step.
I’ve ordered before without any issue, but it’s great to know when a company actually care about their customers and prioritise their needs in the event that something goes wrong.

Superb to find exactly the right wine for my Sons Birthday. Delivery was swift and the wine well packaged.
