It was easy to arrange a fortnightly clean and the same efficient cleaner turned up every time. She was punctual, pleasant and hard working and did a good job, so I was happy with the service I got.
Horrible office staff, not sure the cleaners even exist!
What an absolutely horrible company. I booked an end of tenancy clean and was told the cleaner would arrive at 8am. By 10am, no one showed up or got in contact. I called the company to find out where they were as it was the last day of my tenancy and was told they will “look into it” and get back to me. I then get a call from someone claiming to be the cleaner saying they were 30 mins away. 11.30am still nothing. Called back to someone else answering the phone saying they had no idea what I was talking about and would look into it. Called back at 12 having heard nothing back and my number was blocked! I called off a friends phone and the call went through, I asked why they had blocked my number and if no one was going to turn up could they just tell me so I could find a replacement. They denied blocking the number and said someone is definitely coming. Later on I get a text from the ‘cleaner’ saying they were “throwing up and have to go to hospital” so weren’t coming to do the clean. It was too late in the day to find a replacement and I lost over £300 from my deposit. They then refused a refund saying it wasn’t their fault, so obviously I did not accept that and a few days later they finally did refund me what I paid but not the £300+ I lost from my deposit!! Moving house is stressful enough but these people made it unnecessarily worse!

My Husband worked for this company for just under a year, He would have to wake up at 4am to be in Bristol by 8am for his first carpet clean and most nights he wouldn’t be home until 9pm!. And they were good days!. He was always rushed by the manager Justin, One customer asked my Husband how long his arm chair would take to dry, He was honest and said a good 24hrs as that’s the truth!, The man then asked for it not to be cleaned and just the carpets, Husband then had to call the office to tell them and they threatened him with his job to lie to the customer by telling him to say it only takes two hours to dry! Luckily he was on loudspeaker and the customer heard everything! And it was that customer who told my Husband to start his own carpet cleaning business! We’ve brought the £3k machine and buying the van in April! He can’t wait to start out on his own!. He won’t be paid peanuts of £100 per day. And he said the best thing will be making his customers happy by not rushing and making the jobs perfect!. Also “Perfect Cleaning” DONT USE ECO PRODUCTS WHATSOEVER!! On house cleans they supplied- Flash with bleach, Strong chemical mould remover, Elbow grease and The pink stuff, Non of that is eco!. They are sales people on the phone! I feel so sorry for their cleaners!.

We made it clear at the beginning of booking a regular clean that the cleaner had to be on time. Of the 3 cleans we had, every single one was 2 hours.
The entire company is powered via Whatsapp and they do act like they care, but, do absolutely nothing to fix the actual problem.
Really disappointed. They do very little for their customers.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. We booked them for an end of tenancy clean, went to check the property the same day and the job they did was laughable. Limescale not removed, floors didn’t even look hoovered, showers and toilets left dirty. We are now going to be charged approx. £500 by our agency for them to send their own cleaners in. Absolutely awful ‘cleaning’ company, could have done a better job myself, do not waste your time, stress and money.

Terrible Service stay away from them! They sent an email after arriving (very late) saying the place was too dirty so they would not hold up their deep-clean end of tenancy guarentee, but we had no choice in the matter! They then reverse charged me £350 for an incredibly sub-standard service leaving dust everywhere and not even wiping furniture. When I complained about the terrible job they claimed they had said they could not uphold the guarentee (which they said on the day so couldnt stop them) and refused to give any refund.
Great end of tenancy clean by Justin
Justin did an end of tenancy clean for us on a 1-bed annex including a carpet clean. He arrived on time, was great at communicating, polite and efficient. We booked this with less than a week’s notice as well! We would definitely use Justin again. Thank you.

I recently used the Perfect
I recently used the Perfect. Leaning Company and was more than happy with the results. The technician they sent (Jane I think) was lovely, very chatty, knowledgeable and a delight to have in the house. She did such a good job, in fact better than a previous company I had and she managed to remove some old stains on the carpet that they had been unable to shift. Also did a great job on the sofas. I have used them a few years ago and will always use them in the future. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

After being let down by another…
After being let down by another company, Perfect Cleaning Company have been wonderful. I needed to book an declutter and extreme deep clean for my sister in law and they were nothing but courteous, empathetic and non judgmental about the condition of the house. I found their red/amber/green system when going through the quote process to be hugely helpful.
There was a slight misunderstanding on the first day which resulted in the technican, Jane, arriving late, but once there she couldn’t have been nicer or more professional. She walked us through the house so she we could tell her exactly what needed to be done, likewise on the second day. We couldn’t be more thrilled with the results. Again, there was no judgment over the condition of the house and we were dealt with with compassion. Would recommend to anyone looking for this sort of cleaning work to be done.

Regular maintenance cleans
Nathan and Flo carry out a clean every other week of two tenanted flats. Kitchen, shower room and living areas. Very happy with standard. Also hoover of hallway and stairs.

I recently booked the Perfect Cleaning Company for a 2 week job on a television set. Jo provided 2 cleaners Jane and Ricky who were there every day for 12 hours a day. They cleaned the set and the production and catering areas to a high standard. They were professional, hard working and most of all they were team players - no job was too big or too small. I wouldn't hesitate to book them again!

Don't be fooled by the professional looking website
I booked this company to do an end of tenancy clean on the 1st of July. I stupidly paid the £300 upfront and was relying on them to do a good job so I could get my rental deposit back. After saying they would arrive at 8am, the technician eventually arrived at 11am. He spent less than 3 hours (which is not sufficient time to do a proper, in-depth clean) - which means I paid him £100 per hour!! When I came back, it was clear that he had not wiped down the kitchen cupboards, he had not hoovered or mopped, he had left smear marks on all the mirrors - I could go on. I called the company and requested a refund. They refused and instead offered a re-clean, but could only offer one in a week's time (which was past my end of tenancy date). My landlord agreed to the reclean. I then received a phonemail on the day saying the technician had called in sick, and they could only reschedule the reclean in another week. My landlord reluctantly agreed, and then one week later, the EXACT SAME THING HAPPENED. They called on the day saying the technician had called in sick. When I challenged the company to provide another technician (given that my rental depot was on the line) they got defensive and aggressive and told me not to tell them how to do their job. They offered no apology, and showed no remorse about the on-going cancellations. They also did not seem to care that my rent deposit would be compromised by their incompetence. Eventually I agreed with my landlord that I would clean the place myself, even though it was in my contract to get it done professionally. I once again I requested a refund and had to resend the photographic evidence several times to prove my case. I could tell they were purposefully dragging it out in the hope that I would give up. I had to call daily and weekly for several weeks and every time they kept promising the refund, and then nothing would happen. Eventually they refunded me £75 (out of £300).
It's very possible this company is a scam, or if they're not, they have extremely poorly trained technicians and customer services staff. They don't care about customer satisfaction at all. I definitely would not recommend!
not refunding my money after THEY canx last minute
They canceled my sofa cleaning about 1hr before they were due to come. I asked there and then for my monies to be refunded. Nearly a month, and several emails later they have not refunded my monies - they have not even responded to my emails
I am glad I did not pay the amount in full on booking.
The lady who called to cancel was rude and spoke as if I had made the last minute cancellation instead of them
DO NOT USE Damage not rectified
Booked a carpet clean prior to xmas. Damage was caused to my carpet and after multiple attempts to rectify with delayed re visits, having to book time off work, the damage still remains. Oh the best bit, The company said the damage was there prior to them attending, insinuating that I am lying. Court Proceedings to follow. I suggest you research well for a cleaning company to use.
