Excellent service and after-sales service
Perfect Dealz phoned me within 3 minutes after placing an order for 2 fat-tyre electric bicycles. The service was excellent, even after delivery of the bicycles which I received within 5 days.
I was scared to order after reading bad reviews on Hello Peter. There were absolutely NO issues whatsoever. I will definitely order from them again.

The smartwatch I purchased is awesome.
I did not enjoy the service as I placed an order with Temu the same day as with your company and both orders arrived on the same day, One from China and one from JHB.
I had to follow up with e-mails to receive updates.

had some teething issues. texted on wats app. resolved same day. tracked parcel via wats app. delivered 4 days to KZN from payment.
I guess the warrantee is the receipt of purchase as none was received.

Tracking Reference
It would help if the racking reference is provided sooner. For a 3-5 day delivery if reference is provided by the courier 3 or more days later it does help. Also to clarify on the tracking page that it is a tracking reference from the courier and not any other order reference

I did not get what was advertised
I did not get what was advertised. Advertisement said to jugs but I only received 1. And then they said it is a error but it is still advertised as 2 jugs! And I've paid A LOT OF MONEY. IT WAS R480 per blender and now all the sudden it is R189.
Terrible!!!!! And refused to refund me!!!!
