Avoid at all costs!
Sent my house sign with no fixings. When I complained they said they would send some out, I told them I had moved address and they ghosted my emails.
I have since bought a new sign from the UK sign shop with no issues and a far better product.
Use these cowboys at your own risk.

Fitting isn't as easy as advertised.
The sign is fine but the fitting and poor customer service was a problem. It says "easy to fit with snap on fittings". It does not say you have to drill the wall first to fix the snap on fittings. It says "no template required," but one would have made the job easier and saved redrilling holes. It tells you to drill the holes but does not tell you what size drill bit to use. Various attempts at customer service got no response. It said "any issues contact us direct" I did but got no response.

Arrived without being able to track…
Arrived without being able to track delivery. The house information was incorrect. They stretched out the emails which then meant the gift for my Niece did not arrive on time. Still nothing delivered or a tracking number. I haven't a clue when to expect the correct order.
Wouldn't shop with the Perfecthouse signs again.
The company name is ironic!

Ordered a house sign that came with a solar light. When I opened the package there was no solar light inside. Emailed the company last week to arrange for a light to be sent out and I still haven’t had a response. Poor service all round.

Absolute rubbish
Absolutely shocked by what I received for £14.99. It is genuinely a piece of 3mm thick black plastic that looks like a 10 year has made in a school lesson. I've emailed & messaged them for a refund but heard nothing. Disgusting, avoid at all costs.

I'd avoid, considering there a sponsored add on google there customer service is absolutely terrible!!! No reply to emails, or there live chat, phone number doesn't work as inbox is full... shocking really!!! Waiting 12 days so far for my house number to arrive without even an email of confirmation as to when it will be arriving... go else where this company isn't fit for purpose

Unfit for purpose
We ordered a Grandeur Modern Solar House Number Sign With Solar Light Door Name Plaque in November and still don’t have a functioning house sign. The first one didn’t arrive - the second one arrived 16 December and was installed a week later. The solar light worked for 24 hours only. We emailed PHS on 31 December and received an unsatisfactory response - several emails later an offer was made on 8/1/25 to replace just the solar light which was not a reasonable solution so we requested a complete new sign - we’re still waiting. The product is totally unfit for purpose.
