Sign didn't arrive. Tracking saying delay but no updates for a week.
Tried to contact them using live chat, email and telephone. No response at all. Out of pocket.
Never again

Ordered a sign which looked great on the website. Upon arrival the quality of the product and the print was shocking it was like something my child made at school. I’ve asked for a refund but no reply whatsoever making me at a loss

My experience with PerfectSigns has been a masterclass in how to test a customer’s patience. Since 18th May, I’ve been calling, emailing, following up, and the only thing I ever receive is the same automated message promising a response within 24 hours. Spoiler: that response never arrives.

After that? Nothing. Phones ringing into the void. Emails disappearing into the abyss. It’s like trying to communicate with a company that exists only in theory.

If they put half as much effort into customer service as they do into sending automated replies, this review wouldn’t exist. But here we are.

Ordered my house sign on 12th May, on the website it states it will be shipped in 2-5 days to which is was. Arrival took a little longer than they estimated, they say 1-3 days after shipping it arrives however I received it 8 days after shipment. I did email them to chase it up and got a response back the next day

Was a little worried it wouldn’t show up at all as I was reading reviews while I was waiting for my shipment email but thankfully it did turn up and in good condition

Better than I expected, arrived quickly and was well packaged. The sign looks brilliant, very nice and makes my front door look more stylish just what I wanted with an improvement.

My house looks more welcoming now. Wish I purchased this earlier! :)

From the 8th May im still waiting of my order.its now the 18th today.try tracking it doesn't work,try live chat it doesn't work, try phoning no one answers.what a PLONKER I am not reading the reviews.

Still waiting for a refund but looks like this isnt going to happen.
This company has no after care service and ignores your emails.
Our sign came damaged and they dont want to know.
I would stay away from this company as they dont want to know if anything is wrong and are not bothered to put things right

The sign from this company never arrived. I was unable to make contact via any method had to request a refund via the bank !! Order else where !

I’m really glad I ordered this before reading the reviews. If I had seen them first, I probably wouldn’t have gone ahead with the purchase, as many recent reviews say things like “scam” and “don’t buy.”

However, my experience was completely different. I ordered on the 2nd of April and received it on the 10th, with no issues at all. Delivery was quick, and the item was very well packaged.

The sign itself is amazing quality and looks exactly like the picture. I genuinely can’t fault the company.

I wanted to leave this review to reassure others who might be put off by the negative feedback. in my experience, this company is completely legitimate.

The sign arrived damaged so I immediately sent images and email on the same day it arrived. Than I requested if they had better quality signs and that I would pay more. But they did not respond to my email instead said they will replace the broken sign. They did replace by sending the exact same which I did not want to keep. They are not responding to my phone calls or emails by writing if they have something better.

Bought a sign which only lasted a few months before breaking. Liked the design so ordered the exact same size and design for it to arrive with the back mounting pins to be uneven resulting in 2 additional holes needing drilled in the wall. Will not buy from them again. Buy cheap buy twice!

I believe they are a scam company! I ordered a house sign on 9th March and was told it was dispatched on 12th March and I heard nothing, after chasing them for the tracking number I can see that it’s just stuck on label generated and hasn’t changed at all, I flagged this to them on various occasions just to be ignored on the online chat and on email. I tried to call them today during their opening hours and it just rings to get cut off. Terrible customer service. Do not order from them if something goes wrong you will just be ignored. I’m not the only one to say this, it is now 5th April and still no response or product.

I have contacted this company twice for the plastic cups that were missing from the delivery to fix my new sign which I bought in December 2025. You get the auto reply to say a response will be given within 2-3 working days. Avoid this company. They are useless. Absolutely zero customer care and action from them.
20.02.2026 I now redact my review as the parts have turned up this morning. Whilst communication has been poor, the company has honored my request.

I have purchased a solar house sign and it got delivered really fast and looks amazing, make my house look so welcoming and nice! Wish I brought this sooner.

Came completely broken and snapped and even if it wasn’t the sign was all scratched and poor quality. They offered a refund that never came and then stopped responding to emails.

Customer service is non existant, no reply to emails, not answering phone line. Chat is more like a whisper. Our order came, we charged it up, fitted it. Looks good in daylight, but at night, the light isn't very good. It's at the wrong angle to illuminate the sign.
No response from this company for 7 days. Please avoid them.

Wow what a complete and utter mare we have had with our new plaque. The sticky stuff they use on the front to post out, Jesus Christ you need have some patience let me tell you! Spent absolutely ages trying and trying to scratch it off, they need to re think the brown sticker it’s an absolute joke. Does not come off easy whatsoever. Won’t buy from them again and wouldn’t recco.

The Aria Glow in the dark house number looks quite nice but the glow is faint and short lived. My main issue with this sigh is the way its attached makes it easy for anyone to pull off and it is very hard to properly align when drilling a rendered surface. Deep holes large enough to "swallow" the plastic fittings and a good slug of CT1 help with improving this.
