Idd minder dan 1 ster Binnen en buitenrolstoel ??? Alle deurgangen rij ik stuk. Regelmatig zit ik vast tussen de badkamer want de wielen draaien bij het vertrekken altijd naar buiten of naar binnen en ze blijven dan dwars staan dus ik zit dan vast . Bij het vertrekken rijd hij slalom daardoor van de oprijplaat durf ik niet m.a.w. ik zit al sinds eind juni 2025 binnen gekluisterd !! Ze komen is kijken de techniekers doen wel hun best maar niemand weet raad En bij hen rijd hij ook zo slalom . Zeggen ze het ligt aan de zitschaal van mijn andere , maar dat kan nooit alleen de oorzaak zijn er scheelt gewoon iets mee Ja vorige zitschaal thv mijn bekken hoger gezet aan de verkeerde kant terwijl ik van in het begin zei mijn bekken links doet pijn Na 6 jaar komt dit dus uit verkeerde kant opgehoogd .En wij zijn dan volledig afhankelijk .Wie zijn schuld het boeit me niet IK WIL NORMAAL KUNNEN RECHTRIJDEN : GEÏSOLEERD BINNEN ZIT IK en altijd maar uitstellen Ik kreeg hem van t begin al met een kapotte module. Ik kan nooit naar mijn oudste zoon en mijn kleinkind , want deze nachtmerrie is groter en breder als de vorige , mede door de stomme grote zwenkwielen . Zelf andere zwenkarm moeten aanschaffen, die sloeg ook van links naar rechts “was ook normaal zeiden ze “ En zelf smallere leuningen aanschaffen vanwege de breedte en zo kan ik nog even doorgaan. Binnenrolstoel ? Ja meer buiten dan binnen ?? De nieuwere M3 . Dus na een week zei ik , hij rijd niet normaal en de module al stuk en hij is breder en langer . ik wil een andere Ah dat gaat niet zei de bandagist NOG NOOIT heb ik zoiets meegemaakt zielig echt waar mijn ENIGE vrijheid Ja we gaan zoeken waar klachten wel serieus worden genomen , hopelijk helpt dat dan , tips zijn welkom 🙏🙏🙏🙏😢😢😢😢

I am writing to report serious safety failures with my SmartDrive MX2. After recently resolving a battery issue, the accompanying watch failed during use. The device would not remain engaged unless I manually held the button, causing significant pain in my hands and arms while steering.
More alarmingly, the motor suddenly surged and spun me in a circle, forcing me to crash into a curb to stop. This frightening experience required bystander assistance. Given these dangerous malfunctions, please investigate this matter and advise on a resolution.

The company and engineering behind the smart drive is absolutely ridiculous. So far I've had the smart drive for a year now and it's been in the shop over four times because they don't know how to engineer a product and use proprietary materials where more is needed. Their customer service is absolutely worthless achieving anything to resolve problems.

Purchased a smartdrive with speedial in September 24, delivered 23rd October and on the 11th November it started cutting out. Had it refitted but still not reliable. 27th February we read about a recall on dial, by then we had had several accidents due to issues that caused the recall. To this day no one from Perimobiol has told us about a recall!!! 28th August we were told 2 weeks for replacement, now in Novemebr and guess what, no replacement!!! 4th September case being escalated, and yes, you guessed it, still no response. Had a device that met our needs 127 days, now have a device that doesn't match our needs 252 days and counting!!! Need a refund so we can purchase a reliable mobility device. Perimobil are ruining lives, even though they state they have 'a strong focus on improving the daily lives of people with disabilities'

I deal with Permobil UK
I deal with Permobil UK. My MD hasn't neen fixed for years nor has my software been updated.
I’m extremely disappointed with the level of service and responsiveness from Permobil. As someone who relies on my wheelchair daily, I expect timely support and communication, especially when it comes to repairs and maintenance. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience.
Requests for help are often ignored or delayed without explanation, leaving me feeling completely unsupported. A mobility device isn’t a luxury — it’s a necessity — and being left without reliable assistance is not only frustrating, it’s unacceptable.
Permobil needs to seriously reconsider how it handles customer service and support for those of us who depend on their equipment. I hope to see real improvements, but right now, I can’t recommend them based on my experience.
PerMobil M3 is no good if you have limited coordernation

One day last week when I was backing out of a medical transportation van the front wheels of my chair turned quickly and I almost went of the edge of the lift. I had told you that I have had a lot of problems with the front wheels turning all the way, even when I turn them a little bit. It is dangerous. I've been turning in the elevator where I live and I try and turn slowly but at a certain point the front wheels turn all the way.
I have squashed my feet many times because of it. I have been driving into a doorway and hit the edge of the door jam and bent the joystick. It's dangerous and rather that break the chair or my body, I am parking this chair and not use it. It's not safe for me to use.
Even if I have to pay out of pocket to fix whatever on my old chair, at least it's safe to drive. I also know that I have requested longer armrests for my PerMobil chair, forget ordering them. I refuse to use that chair any longer. It's to dangerous and before I get seriously hurt, I'm going to stop using it.

Customer services very bad
Customer services very bad, they don’t care about their customers, leave them high and dry, this is our first experience with them and they are horrible, called many times, sent many emails to their representative and to the company no response, stay away from them unless you are looking for headache

Wow, I can't believe how many people are having trouble with this wheelchair. I thought that I was the only one. I'm having the same problems as everyone. The head control is impossible to work with, and the batteries won't last for two months. Thank you so much for sharing this information.
Permobil Service
W have had a Permobil for 2 or 3 years. When it works, it is great. But it quit working about 2 months ago. The maintenance man at our Senior Care center took a pix of the M3 screen. It said 'Bad Cable' which he told Reliable Medical in St. Cloud, MN. It was 3 weeks when Reliable Medical finally brought a new battery. Still no cable and not working. Now we are told it will be another 2 weeks for the Cable. In all, the chair has been unusable for over 2 months. Very Poor Service!!!

Really wish I could give this place less than one star a total rip off to people insurance company these chairs are drunk my husband and I both have Permitil’s. They are falling apart within a few months the company better get in contact with us or you’re going to be recalling these chairs, stay away from permobile and check with your insurance company because this is fraud at its finest.
They command far too high a cost
They command far too high a cost, the individuals they make equipment (disability aides) for, their target demographic, cannot afford the products or the repair and maintenance. Speaking on the subject of repair, whoever they sent out didn't do a proper repair so we had to fix it ourselves. I noticed how they rigged things and did no cable management in the back of the chair so the user can get hung up. Maybe there's a firmware that needs to be updated but the chair just errors and we have to shut it off. Due to our maintenance, everything is properly lubed where it should be, and the arms of the chair only break a couple times a year (there are major design flaws). The product is way better than nothing but they really need competition, it's kinda monopolistic for them to charge so much, and not do a clean job on top. They're STILL using lead acid(heavy, short life cycle of charging, and inefficient) batteries when we have better battery tech. If they have implemented lifepo, the user of their product would never have to worry about the cell losing memory or ability to hold charge because of going dead. The fact that wheelchair users are having to limit their distance traveled because of an old battery tech is really sad.

My husband and I both got chairs built from Permobil his chair was 38,000 mine over 33,000 nothing but junk less than 6 months they're falling apart nobody wants to seem to help so we have now filed a complaint with a better Business bureau and going to report fraud to the attorney general here in Ohio this is ridiculous never buy one of these chairs they have electrical problems and they are built so generic they fall apart literally

Don't ever buy this wheelchair if you want the advertised of road. Forget it. Just driving over a small incline induces the back wheels to fall off. Beware never go out in rain the slightest bit of water and your done for. Had to spend two hours in a shop waiting for it to dry and had to wrap my hand and controls in carrier bag whenever it rains. Just sick of this chair it was not built to last and frankly the rear wheels are made to break regular so you have to pay permobil £700.00 to get a new one. They make sure parts will fail.

I bought an F5 Permobil less than a year ago and it's completely breaking down. The stand up, recline, and elevate features no longer work … that means no weight shifts to prevent pressure wounds (it's currently stuck in incline so I've been bedridden for the last two days because their technicians are always unavailable). They partnered with a company called NuMotion who is supposed to handle their service/repair calls for warranty and insurance but they have a three week waiting list to get someone out. They’re incredibly rude over the phone and don't understand how important these chairs are to us to survive without assistance. I'm a quadriplegic with only three hours of help per day in the mornings so how am I supposed to get to the refrigerator without my power chair to feed myself? I highly recommend buying a different brand of wheelchair and be sure that they don't partner with NuMotion for their repair needs or you'll never get help if something goes wrong with the chair.
