Missing screws. Perraro no longer respond to my messages

Buen dia

El dia lunes 4 de agosto compre una bicicleta eléctrica perraro con la ilusión de que me transportara de punto A - B pero después de darle uso de tres días el dia viernes 8 de agosto esta por un defecto de fabricación o ensamblando la rueda delantera sale de su eje, causandome una caída en la calle muy fuerte, dado este accidente por culpa de la ensamblado de la bicicleta no tengo la confianza de volver a montar en ella y quisiera devolverla para que me devuelvan mi dinero fuy a la tienda localizada en santa ana 2229 S Wright St Santa Ana, CA 92705 y me dicen que arreglaron la bici pero que no me devuelven dinero no me siento agusto porque tengo dolor en el brazo izquierdo en la parte del codo y no podré utilizarla aparte que tengo miedo. quisiera obtener una respuesta satisfactoria de parte de los dueños o gerentes que me pueda ayudar porque el manager de la tienda no me dio mas solución qué llevarme la bici por favor quedo atento a la solución que me puedan brindar.

Screws missing, had to stop and go to a hardware store to find the correct size screws.

Wrong color seat in box - it doesn’t match the bike.

Contacted customer service right away but no response.

My trike came earlyer then fed x estimated. I have road it several times and each timei like it even more, every time i go out people say wow that is so cool some ask me for the web site because they really like it. Thanks Perraro I am a very happy customer.

The trike arrived in a timely manner and was easy to put together. Easy to ride and works well.

The trike came looking good, but clearly didn't ride correctly once assembled. It felt unstable and heavy.

Looked more closely while riding and realized that both rear wheels have a wobble, one slight, one much more pronounced. This causes them to rub against the brakes, and stop the tire, also making it impossible to correctly align the brakes.

The foot pedal also came with bits of slag and extra pain on the threads, and even with mindful assembly (I'm a contractor and have lots of experience building all sorts of projects), the threads crossed and I couldn't get them back into alignment no matter what I did.

The bike seems fine beside those defects, but that is critical to the stability and proper braking. As of now, it is unrideable.

Sent an email 3 to 4 days ago, and haven't heard back either. Not sure where all these people got their customer service from.

While I have not received the two bikes yet, coming Tuesday, or the two locks I just ordered. Was very pleased with the chat support I received on both orders.

I called to ask questions 2 times before the purchase and once after and 1. the phone was answered and 2. the person I talked to was polite and very informative. The customer service is a huge part of my decision to buy an item. Perraro customer service is fantastic.

I ordered an battery charger but mever recieve it
It,s been 3-4 weeks hope they didn't charger me.

The manual was useless. Many parts are never mentioned and photos are not for this trike. What took us three hours could have been done in one. Video helped but moved too quickly.

Be trying to get help with returning bike. Chat person just stopped conversation so I emailed them what do you know they stopped responding. I’m a handicap senior I told them I don’t want to waste my money on something that broke before using it. Then tell me I’m responsible for all returning fees plus restock fee plus if it isn’t packaged in the same condition it was sent. Well I’m sorry I did plan on keeping this trike I had no intention on having any issues so with that said the packaging is tore open there’s no way to send it back in same shipping condition. So with that said I loose money and it sounds like a lot What a nightmare

Waiting for our e-trike, FedEx tracking says it will arrive late because of weather issues, and yet it took them 3 days just to get it out of Calif. Here's a tip: Chose another carrier, Old Dominion Freight Lines would be my choice. Their team drivers can get LTL freight coast to coast in 4+ days. I know this because I retired from them after 12 yrs. They're a great company, FedEx sucks, their rates may be somewhat cheaper, a case of getting what you pay for

My experience after my $2,800 purchase was so bad, I cancelled my order.

My credit rating is over 800 and this is a first for me. I am presently awaiting resolution.

I see that their customer satisfaction rating is in decline. I wish I had seen that before purchasing.

Keeping your word is very important to me and I must say that this company is very good at doing that. I give them five stars because I trust them and they keep their word. I had a few issues with my trike. They were on. I purchased my trike I had it within 7 days delivered from California. Whenever I call they answer their phone If I call after hours and leave a message they return my calls. That's very important to me. I feel very comfortable in giving my friends and family their information to do business with them. One of the gentlemen that I speak with often his name is Mike. Mike always keeps his word. They are very nice people including Emily and their tech people.. I Don't remember all of their their names however, whoever you might deal with they're very polite and they get the job done.
