Trying to transfer money overseas is a nightmare. You must use Facial recognition, which does not work. Used currency direct instead, much simpler and a better rate. Been with Natwest for years, but not for much longer unless they fix the app.

This has to be one of the worst apps ever.To delete it has to work, Some bright spark of a delvoper must have thought this a good security measure. Nat west do not want to know and continually send Set Up instructions.I've spent weeks trying to get it to work. I think it's time to say Good BYE.

Blink face recognition from NatWest is a joke.
Initial voice response is incorrect
When ringing to make a complaint. It says have your claim reference and 4 digit pin which you will find on all letters relating to the claim.
I have had many letters that do not have a 4 digit pin.
Im sorry I cannot have confidence when they give incorrect information.

Every time you want to buy something online you have to approve it in the app,by the time you do this usually something as gone wrong or you can't get back into the site you were on. Had enough now so changing banks.
Biometric approval is a joke
Biometric approval is a joke. It just isn't efficient. Regularly doesn't recognise my face. Just spent forever trying to approve a transaction and I've given up now. Tried to remove the function and - had to give biomentric approval in order to remove biometric approval!! Pure Catch 22.
Tried removing the app and re-installing but that didn't work so I've given up now and had to ring them and spend ages on the phone getting them to remove it from their end. Because its a Saturday, it won't actually get removed till Tuesday but at least it will go. At least the people I spoke to at their end were polite and helpful.
Natwest need to do something to make their biometric approval process a great deal more efficient.

TBH never really had an issue. Been with them since I was 11 and always been helpful and reliablie to me. Never had any issues with them and when I did it was sorted out quickly.
Credit card issue - indemnity claim
I am trying to sort out a credit card issue. I have telephoned customer services, but no action has been taken. Yesterday, I went to a NatWest branch and they gave me a complaints leaflet. I toLd them my problem was concerning a credit card, but I find when I go online, there is no option to choose credit card complaint. I am not ringing again as I am not waiting over 30 mins for an answer. I need a complaints form for credit card issues.
Utterly useless
Utterly useless. Can’t make any payment now. System keeps refusing to accept me and sends me back to the blinking start every time. Can’t even delete the biometric change, because I have to blink!,!

Blinking biometric on NatWest app doesn't blinking work.......I have spent at least two hours trying to make a simple payment but can't get past the blinking! I have tried disabling biometric but guess what you have to blink in order to remove it....arrrrh how frustrating!

Complete waste of time, repeatedly asking to blink or put face in frame,kept saying didn't recognise me,also encouraged me to put code number into phone which locked me out when phone battery run down,was only luck that I remembered code be careful

I just wanted to make a simple payment, it should be simple, I have done it before, that is before this stupid biometric rubbish. Lighting too bright,so I move , blink it says, so I do then you run out of time. It used to be so simple, don't try and fix what's not broken. I thought mobile banking was going to make my life simple, well that's what I was told in the bank?
NatWest Mobile App biometrics is a total failure
The blinking Biometric system on the mobile app is a disaster. I spend forever watching rapidly changing messages "Put your face in the frame" " bring device closer" blink your eyes". Repeatedly get "can't confirm it's you " messages until all attempts used up.
The worst thing is you can't disable biometrics without using the biometrics
