Horrible. Almost impossible to cancel. The guide itself wasn't completely horrible, but not worth the money and how difficult it is to cancel speaks volumes for their own confidence in their product.

Just purchased this and instantly regret it!

In der Instagram-Werbung kommt es meiner Meinung nach so rüber, als handele es sich wirklich um 1. viel, viel mehr Inhalt und 2. um einen richtigen 28-Tageplan.
Dem ist jedoch nicht so! Was man bekommt, ist ein "personalisierter" "GUIDE" eine PDF-Datei, in dem zum Großteil auch nur Bilder vorhanden sind. Des Weiteren sind da "Tipps" die in jeder Teenie-Mädchenzeitschrift 1000mal besser aufbereitet sind. Der 28-Tageplan ist eigentlich nur ein Tipp am Ende "Erstelle dir doch für die nächsten 28 Tage einen Plan" Wow. Also Inhalt schon mal 0 von 0!
Auf der Website wird ja aber eine 100%-Geld-zurück-Garantie angepriesen, weswegen ich mir auch erst dachte "Ach komm, probiers mal aus"... Als ich dann gesehen habe was man für das Geld bekommt bzw eher nicht bekommt, habe ich mich also an den Kundenservice gewandt. Die waren aber nicht willens mir das Geld zurück zu überweisen. Ich solle doch erst 5 Outfits mit den "Tipps" zusammenstellen, was auch immer das mit einem Widerruf zu tun hat! Nach paar Stunden kam dann eine Mail, wieso ich dann nicht geantwortet hätte. Und noch mal paar Stunden später kam "Wir mussten Ihren Fall leider schließen weil Sie nicht geantwortet haben" Echt unsagbar!! Also auch für den Kundenservice 0 vin 0 Sternen! Zum Glück habe ich mit Paypal gezahlt und habe da durch den Käuferschutz das Geld zurück bekommen.
Also mein Ratschlag: Kauft euch lieber eine 2 Eur-Zeitschrift für Teeniegirls statt dieses "Guiedes", und falls ihr doch eure eigenen Entscheidungen treffen wollt, zahlt unbedingt mit Paypal, um dann im Falle dann doch abgesichert zu sein!

I wish they had minus stars. this is a complete rip off. They tell you it will be only $1.00 then you get four charges totally $58. They literally steal your money. Then to add insult to injury there is no way to contact these people. Your bank can't even trck the transition.

Don't use this service. It's a scam and I have personally contacted the support team and they told me directly that they are trying to make money and cannot help me. Please report on PayPal for serious action. Please also report on Instagram

It's a total scam. I bought the 0.49 dollars offer and then I was charged with another 35.99 dollars. When I ask questions and told them to give my money back, they said to check the "money back policy" which is irrelevant for this situation. Now I'm looking to get my money back,if not, I'm going to the police. If anyone want to help, please respond to this review.

Same complaint as many others on here. I paid $27 for the guide. It said they sent it to my email , but nothing there, nor in my spam folder. Their site says I can also access the quide by following the prompts ion the top right corner, but nothing!!!!! I emailed them but have yet to head back. Do not purchase from these scammers!!!!!

Had bad experience with companies that charge you multiple times! Luckily I read theses comments! Not today scam!

Awful scam . It says 56 pages and there is maybe 2 of clothes that are huge photos and so general - one actually says pick your perfect jeans and nothing there what that means . After I opened it I thought I surely made a mistake and now have a black screen and can't open it . A complete waste of money . I've already emailed to complain .

Just like the other reviews said, it’s a very slick machine with no substance. It says it will charge you $1.96 but charges $36, then $27 monthly for a pdf of your quiz inputs. I thought it was a clever ad until the end.

I wish I had checked the reviews before I paid for this meaningless product which is basically a few generic fashion ideas from a teenage girl magazine and a few pictures of clothes they mention! I only purchased this because of their claim for an easy refund. Should have been more careful and read the terms of a refund.They ask you to put together 5 outfits using the "tips" they give you and send them the pictures :D And then what? They decide and say "See these outfits look nice to us? So why aren't you happy? No refund for you!" I guess that's what they would reply back. Oh and also, the "representative" who replied my email sent me link to take the test again for free! I tried to and it asked me to pay again at the end! :D Now how funny is that! Anyways, stay away and go buy yourself a fashion magazine and you'll gain more.

They don’t have any chat, email, phone support writen on the fb page and on the website!! They don’t read the messanger messages in fb!
They are saying to take 1 euro once!
But they took 27 euro and make it as subscription! My bank checked - it is real a subscription that I didn’t give my permission!!!!
If you were in USA you’ll be broke by it’s rules! Liars hiding under Cyprus address - give back my money and my time!
The guide is not even opening from the web. The emails are sent from non-reply email and my replays are not sending!
All I get is the email from this website. I wrote there. All I got was “ Your request (2495) has been received and is being reviewed by our support staff.

This is not worth your money at all. The “guide” only gives generic stuff such as “dress in a peplum top and throw away T-shirt’s” and “no one should wear ugly shoes!” Come on! It also managed to upgrade to a very expensive extra two “guides” that I did NOT want to purchase, that happened without needing any authorisation from me, because apparently the “one time cost” is listed as a monthly subscription which leaves any future purchases open for immediate authorisation. Disgusting.

Wish I checked all the reviews. The guide is absolutely worthless and their policy is made to not refund a penny. Paid 28€ for literally nothing useful. Lets just get back to watching styling videos on Youtube. DONT. WASTE. YOUR. MONEY. SIS.

I paid for the guide 1 hour ago and still no email. Also I ve been charged for the upgrade I didn’t need or want. There was no other buttons on the page after I purchased the guide. Just the one with an upgrade. So I figured it would transfer me to another page where I can pay or cancel and they charged me instead. Charged without asking for any confirmation. I texted their support. No reply. Now I have to block my card I guess 😒

Completely misleading in every way. Just a badly put together digital download that in no way matches the quiz and hidden extra charges. Currently in the process of disputing them.

This is the same as throwing your money away. I was a fool for falling for it, heed my warning and DON'T DO IT.

I can't open any of the "files" they sent. This is a total scam.
It is a waste of time and money.
I WANT MY MONEY BACK!
